We were very disappointed to see that the only women represented in The College Basketball Experience were cheerleaders. I'm pretty sure that women also play college basketball. The games are all basically full sized variations of pop-a-shot. My daughter, a hopeful collegiate basketball player, was also disappointed that the balls available for the full court did not include women's regulation... More

Spring break 2014 was excellent. Including the basketball experience was such a highlight we did it twice.

The College Basketball Experience is a unique activity for visitors to Kansas City. It is located within the Sprint Center downtown and allows visitors to try their hand at various basketball games, from a full-court matchup, to trying to sink as many 3-pointers as you can within a 1 minute time limit and more. This makes it fun for people... More

We have two kids, 9 and 12, and they both enjoyed this place. Lot's of basketball activities for the kids and lot's of history for basketball enthusiasts. We stayed about 90 minutes...you can stay an hour or all day...just depends on how long you want to play basketball. Would return and do it again.

For such a short price, you can have a whole afternoon filled with fun and exercise not only for kids but adults also. So many different activities, exciting stations, cool facts, bright lights and music. Definitely a place to visit when in Kansas City.

CBE is a great experience for young roundballers, especially while attending a college basketball tournament next door at the Sprint Center. Kids get an exposure to college basketball history while testing themselves on 3 point shooting, free throw shooting, passing, and can play an actual half court game. A very fun experience for young basketball players.

If you're a fan of college basketball this place will cater to you - I ended up here during a conference as one of the events locations and it just didn't work...the staff was nice & food was fine but no one was prepared to being playing basketball, nor would you dress for hoops at a conference event. Weird.

This place is as interactive as it gets, from full court hoops to smaller activities such as passing skills, 3-point shooting and even an opportunity to do some announcing. Make sure to take time to look at the exhibits, especially the piece on John Wooden.

This is a great place to bring kids who play basketball. There are courts and shooting games to test skills. Unfortunately, I was expecting much more on the history of college basketball. There was very little of this, and if you're not there to actually play, it only takes about twenty minutes to see everything.

I took 4 teenage boys here and we had a blast. There are many stations to test your skills. Free throws, 3 pointers, pass skills,. And the boys played a game with some others kids. The boys all told their parents how much fun they had and are planning to go back. I had fun too. We were here for... More
