Description: The College Basketball Experience (CBE) and National Collegiate Basketball...
The College Basketball Experience (CBE) and National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame is the nation's celebration for men's collegiate basketball. The CBE is one of the most highly interactive sports facilities in the nation and was awarded a top-5 interactive museum designation by Wired Magazine in 2008. The CBE is the anti sports hall of fame. You may sweat here! Fun for the entire family as well as one of the most in-demand special event venues in the region. The CBE and National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame was established in October 2007 and founded by The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). I attended an event here, but I found it to be really boring unless you really like college basketball. I was there for a conference and it was very loud and crowded. I didn't think there was any super cool memorabilia. You can shoot hoops if you can find an open court...

We're sorry that The CBE did not meet your expectations, however, we are a highly interactive basketball facility that is meant to celebrate the game of college basketball daily. We are not a typical or traditional museum and never sought to be. However, The CBE is an award-winning update to what is known throughout the sports world as a hall... More

I was there last week with my 17 year old son and we had a good time. We were there during a weekday, and it was not crowded. If it is crowded, in my opinion, it would greatly reduce the entertainment value. When we were there, we could essentially play games over and over again, since there were no lines.... More

This place was fantastic. The boys (20 and 22) loved every minute of it. The memorabilia on the walls is something to take the time and read. MANY interactive stations. I could see how this place would be packed on the weekends but on a Thursday morning, we had the place practically to ourselves!

Visited this venue with my 12 & 13 year old daughters. We are basketball enthusiasts, and enjoyed the activities offered. The gyms and shooting games were fun. The various interactive exhibits added some additional laughs. Probably not the best for really small children, perfect for middle school on up!

This is a very entertaining interactive museum, though much better for little kids than serious basketball fans. It is a lot of fun, though a stay greater than one hour would be a lot.

Our boys (ages 6-16) LOVED The College Basketball Experience. We went on a Wednesday, which was perfect. We spent most of the afternoon there. They were able to do each activity multiple times. Highly recommend it for basketball fans who like to play the game.

We had the place to ourselves. If you like basketball, you will love this place. So many interactive stations with everything from dunking to foul shooting to three pointers to practicing your skills as an ESPN commentator. The Hall of Fame portion was interesting but any basketball Hall of Fame that doesn't include Michael Jordan is subject to question.

NAIA National tournament is played here, along with the Big XII tournament, usually a NCAA Regional every other year. KU & Missouri will play a game usually in the city, all takes place downtown. Good ball played, best buy and ticket is the NAIA championship, you can watch games all day for a very reasonable price. Located near the Sprint... More

Held a business meeting here, was a very nice time. Broke everyone up in to teams for some games, it was great! There is a lot to see and learn even for non sports folks.

Went with my brother. Super disappointed in this. It's an open gym for children with some flare. Not worth the price or time

Sorry you were disappointed but after 800,000 satisfied customers, we think we're doing something right and representing the game well! If you're looking for things behind glass, we are probably not for you. We are not a traditional museum and never purported to be...hence the name College Basketball EXPERIENCE! We are an "experience" and not a museum that you would... More
