Owner description: The College Basketball Experience (CBE) and National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame is the nation's celebration for men's collegiate basketball. The CBE is one of the most highly interactive sports facilities in the nation and was awarded a top-5 interactive museum designation by Wired Magazine in 2008. The CBE is the anti sports hall of fame. You may sweat here! Fun for the entire family as well as one of the most in-demand special event venues in the region. The CBE and National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame was established in October 2007 and founded by The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). It is owned and operated by the NABC Foundation, Inc.

Wonderful exhibits outlining the history of college basketball. There are also numerous stations and drills for basketball players. We'll worth the price of admission.

This was a terrible disappointment. Took our boys ages 4, 6, 8, & 12. All the courts were being used. The kids were staying in the 3 point the area & not giving others a turn. In the free throw area, they were playing 3 on 3. So, we went down to the lower area. There's an area for little... More

Lots to do, about 2 hours of shooting basketballs. Interesting facts all through out. Simulated Sports broadcasting is fun, get to see yourself on TV. Our second visit, would recommend mostly to families with kids between 10-16

Located alongside the Sprint Center, this is a great venue to visit!! Both my husband and our son, who play hoop, loved all the areas to walk around and interact with. We could have spent much more time here, if there had not been another activity planned later the same day. You can be a part of so many "hands... More

We have been here before but the KIDS will love it no matter how many times you go! After 4.5 hours of shooting basketball, trying to beat the buzzer, trying to beat high scores on Free Throws and/or three pointers. playing one on one (on in our case 2 on 1), playing horse, to the kids becoming ESPN U broadcasters!... I'm not a basketball enthusiast so maybe not the best judge of this attraction. I attended a private business dinner as part of a group of about 300. The full size court was set with tables and 4 regional types of food were catered from nearby serving stations. The college basketball exhibits and interactive basketball activities were popular with many... More

Very well put together. Combines entertainment, instruction, exercise and history. A great stop for any basketball enthusiast. Fun for all ages. Plan for an hour or two.

If you're looking for hands on basketball playing in a variety of gym settings, this is the place. From toddlers to adults there are courts to fit every size. I thought there would be more memorabilia. There is really none. The place is essentially a basketball themed arcade, which is a ton of fun, just not a museum. If you... More

The CBE was not conceived/built to be a museum. This information is available in all of our collateral materials and "This is not a museum" has been used in commercial tag lines. We are known as the anti-sports hall of fame museum. A different concept built entirely on the idea of celebrating the sport of basketball daily in the acknowledged... More

This place is awesome. We should have worn tennis shoes and t- shirts because I started to break a sweat in my sweater. Three point challenge, slam dunks for all heights, and even being a sportscaster for a few minutes. If you like sports this is a great way to spend an afternoon in KC!

What a great time my family had here today! My two sons loved all the activities and challenges, as did my wife and I. There are two levels of interactive areas, from free throws to 3 point shots to dunking! Hours and hours of fun!
