I love Hallmark Cards and ornaments so I was interested in seeing the visitor's center. It is a self guided tour like it says in the other reviews. I was expecting more! I thought I was going to get a factory style tour, viewing cards and other items being developed and created. The Center is just a museum to Hallmark past and present. A nice stop! Wonderful Staff - and I they showed us the process of making greeting cards - what a wonderful art in making these cards - makes you appreciate the hallmark brand and way of making cards. A MUST SEE! more
