I LOOOOVE Hallmark Cards! I have hundreds of them and I send cards all the time so imagine my excitement at going to Hallmark headquarters and touring the Visitor's Center! From start to finish this was truly a dream come true! When you enter the lobby there is a beautiful mural that celebrates the 75th anniversary of Hallmark. It is... More

We had a great time here. There are hands-on exhibits to play with for adults as well as children. The history of Hallmark was interesting. Next door is a place for children to make cards and have them professionally produced. We could hear the children having a great time in there. Made us want to do it too.

There really isn't much to see here. There is a machine you can use to make your own bow/rosette but apart from that it is really just Christmas decorations and Winston Churchill paintings. If you like knick knacks and greeting cards you will like it but you can certainly life without coming here.

Right in the center of Kansas City, MO, the Hallmark Visitors Center gives people a chance to see the history and some of the inner workings of the company. You can even see how certain cards are made and get some free keepsake items. A great point of interest is seeing some of the Christmas ornaments that have been designed... More

Fascinating history, well presented against the backdrop of the history of the country, lots to look at, lots to do.

I wasn't sure what to expect when a friend brought me and my kids (two boys, ages 7 and 9) to this attraction. It was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience. Admission is free, so the price is tough to beat, and it is a great place to bring kids who love doing art projects and crafts. My boys aren't super "artsy,"... More

While the Hallmark Visitor's Center is not exactly the easiest thing to find in the Crown Center complex, it's absolutely worth the effort. The center offers unique collections of Hallmark ornaments, presidential holiday cards, and history of the company in relation to major historical events. The temporary exhibit of Winston Churchill art was a surprise and an incredible treasure. The... More

I use to work for Hallmark. 30 years ago and was back in town for business. I stopped in the visitor center and found the staff knowledgable and very nice. What you would expect from Hallmark! One gentlemen has worked in the factory since 1980. So was filled with tons of information and very nice. You can see cards sent... More

The section that lays out the company history had greeting card samples interspersed with current events, giving an impression of what changed by not deep into company facts. The opportunity to interact with an artist was wonderful. Displays of ornaments was enjoyable and the Hallmark Hall of Fame film section was interesting. The welcome center is in an urban mall...
