This was interesting if you remember about Hallmark cards. There was a lot of history and different old toys and cards. A lot of reading. They have a few different kids activities, but wouldn't make a special trip to just go here.

This plaza was a very cute area, and the visitors center was a great glimpse into Hallmark's history. There is a small machine where you can watch a gift bow being made, and take it home with you. You also see past and present items for Christmas, as well as learn some history to their now ownership of Crayola. We... More

Hallmark did not do a very good job on this Visitors Center. There is very little about the actual company and its growth or the manufacturing process. The film was not available to see. We found the short video on creativity interesting. It was definitely not worth the $7 it cost us for parking. They had a very small gift... More

A trip through the history and products of a family and a company that is part of the American fabric. It's a wonderful walk through memory after memory, in a simple and well presented tour. Just the right length to see and enjoy. Definitely worth the trip to Crown Center, and the walk to get to the Center.

Not that great - not a lot of shopping. Mostly was set up for kids now. We were rather disappointed.

Most everyone has probably heard of Hallmark Cards. This company has become symbolic or our great America values. The Hallmark Visitor Center is a must-see remarkable museum, highlighting the history and evolution of the founder of Hallmark, J.C. Hall, how Hallmark has grown, and what it represents. Inside the museum there is a gift bow machine you can create a... More

It was so neat to see how Hallmark greeting cards started. Being able to see how ribbons are made and the Christmas trees that were given to Mr Hall throughout history was stunning! Well worth the time to go and see this hidden treasure Kansas City has!

It took us a while to figure out where to go - the museum is across the street from the shopping center, but you can park at the mall and walk through the Hall's store. Staff was warm and welcoming. There were many nostalgic displays. Only took about an hour to go through, but we enjoyed the experience.

So much fun. Very informative. Well-done. Fun stuff for kids and adults. I definitely recommend it. I learned so much about this great company. Made me want to make sure I visited the store in Crown Center.

my family liked the visitor center so much in February that we went back again this past week. It's nice to see all the hallmark items from old on display. It's fun for the kids too. They get to see hoe a bow is made and even get to keep the bow. They offer a picture kiosk where you can... More
