I was in and out in 5 minutes, but a friends mother said she could have stayed for days. It wasn't my bag, but it did have lots of displays of their cards and movies over the years.

Across from Crown Center, above the ice terrace and next to Kaleidoscope is a hidden gem. I've lived here for 20 years and had no idea this little treasure was here. Hallmark history, fun interactive exhibits and exceptional displays make this a wonderful place to visit.

Our intention was to see the Hallmark Visitors Center and we were fortunate to stumble on their complimentary Kaleidoscope kids’ craft time. It’s located next door to the actual Hallmark Visitors Center and kids get to run around really fun rooms decorating scraps of paper with paint, markers, glue, you name it. So FUN! As for the actual visitors center,... More

I'm not totally excited about the hallmark tour. Parking was expensive, unattended loud children running about. Which hallmark wasn't to blame. So if you can ignore that definitely check this place out, a lot of cool things around it at crown center. We enjoyed the memorial to Mr. Hall with the trees, very heart warming.

Though it will only take half an hour to see the visitor's center but its worth visiting. The bow making machine attracts everyone from kids to adults, grab some postcards for free at the entrance. Throughout my childhood n teenage years I made handmade cards n gifts for others, it was nice going back the memory lane.If you have kids... More

We were visiting Kansas City and decided to stop by. It was quite interesting to see the displays. Definitely worth the visit. We spent about an hour there. They have an interactive video screen that puts a crown on your head and sends the superimposed image to your email account. Displays included Emmy's from the Hallmark TV shows (which I... More

Free admission was great. Nice displays of old cards & Christmas tree ornaments. Saw lots if old toys & how cards & bows are made. Nice movie at the end brings it all together at the end. Very nice staff.

Free admission. Full of Hallmark items from years ago--toys, cards, other products. It was a fun walk back in time to see how things have evolved. Huge display of their Christmas ornaments, including 1 of Joe Montana as a 49er right next to the one of him as a Chief. Toward the end, you got to make a little gift... More

This is a great place for older children and adults. Lots of history about Hallmark. Can make a bow and it was only thing younger kids enjoyed.

Interesting history and story of Hallmarks first 100 years. Some fun, interesting interactive displays for the kiddos. More interesting for the adults though.
