We decided to buy season passes this year for the family for our summer vacation. Went for the first time in May 2013 for the year. Season passport process was painless and quick. Lines are typical for worlds of fun this time of year, about 20-30 minutes on the big coasters, a little longer on the water involved rides as... More

I found this amusement park to be very dated and in serious need of updating. For the money I would definitely choose Valleyfair, in Minnesota or Adventureland , in Des Moines. I will say though , all of the employees that we encountered were very friendly and courteous. Just an F.Y. I.-----the Hy-Vee discount tickets are for gold season passes---you... More

Our group had a really good time. Food was expensive, as expected. Don't think that will ever change at any amusement facility.

I love going at Halloween. We love the haunted attractions and such a better deal than going downtown to a haunted house. I think safer too.

Drove down for a Sunday at the park. Park was clean. Early in the season and staff seemed to be working the kinks out. Bought fast passes and was entirely worth the extra expense as we spent about as much time driving round trip as we did at the park. Bummed out the Thunderhawk wasn't running. Only one entrance open... More

My family purchased season tickets and have attended every weekend since the opening this season. My family had not been to Worlds of Fun since the 90's , so we were pleasantly surprised by all of the upgrades and changes made to the park since then. Our biggest complaint is that there doesnt seem to be a flat spot anywhere... More

Worlds of Fun is the perfect place to take a roller-coaster loving 10 year old -- there's plenty of options for them to try out. Best tips: try to visit on a Monday (low crowds), buy a combo season pass if you will visit even two times, and combine with Oceans of Fun to cool off if a hot day.

I grew up visiting Worlds Of Fun, and love every bit of that park! There is something for every age group... Camp Snoopy for the young children - world-class roller coasters for teens and young adults - shows and shopping for those not interested in rides - something for everyone! There are restrooms and restaurants located at different areas throughout... More

Worlds. Of. Fun. Yep. A 'real deal' amusment park with a great section for toddlers and young ones. Enough serious roller-coaster action for the thrill junkies. Weekend lines can be pretty long for the big coasters. If you can attend on a weekday or get an early start, you will be pleasantly surprised at how much you can ride in... More
