I stopped by Crown Center and Union Station for a bit of looky-looky and shopping! They have an enclosed, heated walkway, so you don't have to worry about the weather. There are a nice variety of shops to visit! Boutiques, restaurants, souvenirs, movie theaters, and Hall's department store to boot! You can take the tour of the Hallmark's company or... More

We were in town for a competition, but had some time to spend waiting. We walked around the Crown Center and there is something for everyone. Most shops, but places to eat, things to see and it's close to many other great KC attractions. There is plenty of parking and most of them are free on the weekend.

So many attractions are in this mall, you could spend all day here. This mall is attached to Hallmark headquarters, and includes their store Halls. Legoland and Sealife are also here. 3 floors of shops and fast food restaurants, including the Crayola Cafe will keep your family occupied. I found the walkways narrow, so it's quite hard to walk around... More

One of our favorite things is to come here at Christmas time and see all the amazing decorations that are up! It is a great place to shop, eat, ice skate, take in a museum close by, or just relax.

This is my first trip to Kansas City and we spent an afternoon here. We enjoyed strolling around and poking into shops. We wanted to ice skate but bring Christmas break the crowd was massive and we didn't want to wait for that experience. We are completely impressed with how clean it is in downtown KS and Missouri as a... More

This isn't a bad place to walk around. I only ended up there while waiting to get into Sea Life Aquarium. Plenty of stores and food choices to browse. Christmas had lovely decorations up by the fountain. I also discovered a movie theater I didn't know was there.

We had a great time skating at Crown Center recently. It was unseasonably warm so it was really busy. However the ice is well maintained and staff are there to keep the skating as safe as possible. I specifically saw him remind several younger boys to watch out for others and no horseplay. Unfortunately the staff member wasn't willing to... More

We enjoy visiting this place in winter with the decorations, etc. Not a lot of special places but still worth a visit to stroll around and relax. Shopping would be more for families with younger children though.
