I was gratefully impressed with this place. Nice Spanish style building with different boutiques and department shops for different valet's sizes. Delicious restaurants and attractive streets. Numerous street art performers, etc. .

Country Club Plaza is a shopping area of Kansas City that boasts an array of stores and boutiques, many good restaurants, hotels, parks, beautiful buildings and fountains. It is located in a safe and easily walkable area of the city. Parking is readily available on the street or in garages. The architecture is reminiscent of Seville, Spain and is really... More

We visited the Plaza just briefly on our visit to KC. High-end shopping is not really my bag (pun intended!) but this would probably be heaven for people who are into that. The Spanish-style architecture is beautiful, as are the fountains sprinkled around the area. This is at least 4-5 city blocks of shopping and dining attractions - it is... More

Lots of stores. Lots of restaurants. For some reason lots of fountains. Slightly upscale but with enough bars and such to make for a wider range of folks. Worth it if your in the area and have a couple of hours to kill. Has a more natural feel than most outdoor malls.

This is a great place. We really enjoyed the open layout, the many stores, the architecture and the Spanish vibe. The stores are what one sees everywhere in the USA so nothing special to say about them.

We were there on Saturday August 2nd. Our visit went well, except the restroom I used had toilet paper all over the floor (this could have happened in 2 seconds by some ornery child or teen). But, the sinks had grime all around the edge of the faucets.... YUCH! Not a big deal, really, but someone was not doing their... More

Nestled half way between downtown and the suburbs is an area called the "Plaza". This area (one of the first shopping malls) is just hard to derive. It is way before time. Several blocks of the finest shopping and restaurants and free inside parking built over 75 years ago! What unbelievable foresight and planning! You see it to believe it... More

Visited the Plaza for a few minutes of shopping before a late lunch. Love the stores the Plaza has to offer as our town does not have them.

There is so much to see on the Plaza, that after 40 years of going there, I still find new things to see and explore every time I go. Fountains (some quirky!), statues, the intricacies of the architecture - all so beautiful! Did you know that the Boar statue is actually a replica of Il Porcellino in Florence? There are... More

Lots to see with fountains and statues, shopping is great and they have a customer service place with the best bathrooms :-) Parking was a pain though
