Recent transplants to Northeast Oklahoma, I was looking for a place to spoil my husband with gourmet treats. He has a very keen sweet tooth and looking around online led me to the Candy House. This place is full of charm, right down to lidded glass jars and individually hand crafted truffles. Attached are an ice cream parlor and an... More

A great place to go to buy gifts for anyone who enjoys chocolates. They have gift baskets and items made up for every occasion or can make them up when you go in. I've taken a container before and they've made up the gift item using that for me. All you do is pay for the chocolates/candy/items that go in... More

I sure am glad that my husband is a dentist. I sure am glad that he wasn't with me on this trip to visit family when we all went on a rampage through this faaaaabulous candy factory! It was 5:15 on a Saturday. They close at 5:30. I have been on the other side of that counter before and understand... More

They have a huge selection... It was hard to decide what I wanted to get! This is a perfect place if you are in need of gift ideas for birthdays, Christmas, etc. If you stop in during the summer months, be sure to bring a cooler!

We stopped in the Springfield,Mo store. The store displays are very attractive. Samples of their chocolates were served. More more than just chocolates in the store. Gift ideas. The store clerks were very personable. Can buy the candy by the piece or packages. Fun store!

The candy is good, but several candy factories around the country have good candy and let you watch the processes. I suppose for Joplin, this is a high light.

If your mate wants to do this but you don't, GO. No admission and they ship any purchase if you want. All your favorites plus some unique items. Friendly staff and you can watch them make the chocolate.

It was ok, could see factory thru glass windows, but no tours on weekends. They have candy to taste, their candy comes in small bags, or pick them from the case. As well as others. An eclectic selaction. They are about $6 per 1/4 pound. We got a 1 pound bag of "oops" for $10, they had a nice selection... More

Great Chocolate & HOMEMADE Ice Cream. Great cust. service. Many samples offered as I was picking what to fill my two 1 Lb boxes with my choices. One box was a birthday gift, the other I have been enjoying myself. Will be sorry when I run out soon. :-( We all got ice cream before we left Great service at... More
