Most beautiful church building. Denomination free. True peace and understanding. Would have like to have seen more information available but I settle for the serenity.

Kids were not impressed but the adults found it interesting enough. Check out the pamplets before you walk there.

This attraction, ranked 3 in the Tarascon area (actually it's closer to Graveson) is the same as St Michel de Frigolet (ranked no.2 in the Tarascon area. I've just done a review under the other heading. Either way it is a great place to visit -very peaceful and if you have the energy to walk in the grounds, there are... More

The Abbey is only 3 miles from Graveson on a small road off the D road between Graveson and Tarascon. The road winds up through a pine forest and is approx 200m high . The complex is now a Premonstratensian monastery founded in the 19th century. The old church dates back to the 12th century and the main church has colourful... More

We had a long drive from Bedoin, Mont Ventoux, where we are staying , to the abbey of Frigolet. We thought we could visit the abbey every day. Information on the internet was not very clear to us, since it said for individuals visit every day from 16 h, except for the days mentioned on a list, but maybe they... More

We just stumbled onto this marvelous attraction. The abby is pleasant, but when you enter the church - wow! The paintings and decoration are wonderful.

There is very little in this town to recommend. We likes Beaucaire better but still, we would not recommend this part of lovely provence to anyone.

We were just looking for a place to have lunch and kill a few hours after picking up our car at the TGV station in Avignon and needing to be southeast for our gite check-in later in the afternoon. What a treat! We stayed on the much less traveled east side of the Rhone south and near Tarascon. This hilly... More
