The Tom and Huck statue was nice to see, nice landscaping around it, but I felt like our kids were walking where they shouldn't have been in order to get a photo of them with the statue. We did walk all the stairs up the lighthouse and it was a lot of fun!

An opportunity to share some pictures taken of Cardiff Hill, the Huck and Tom Statue and the lighthouse in the park on top the hill. Well worth an hour or so of your time.

I can understand why the city erected this statue to Tom and Huck, because they somehow have become the eternal symbols of Hannibal. It's well crafted, but overly huge and seems more than a little out of place. We took some photos but overall, it's not very impressive. Still, visit the site and form your own opinion of it. I... The town/city of Hannibal was tearing up the streets and it was hard to get close to some of the sights in Hannibal. We did see this from a distance and it looked very nice. Could not get close enough to take a decent picture though.

This is real Mark Twain country and this statue captures the spirit of the two characters he created and makes you feel you know where they are going and what they are thinking. Short walk from here to the River, another nice area.

Made a quick stop in Hannibel, Missouri, recently to take a look at the city which inspired the writings of Samuel Clemons. We did not take the tour of the inside of Mark Twain's boyhood home but did see the outside along with Becky Thatcher's home. A quaint city along the Mississippi, the statute of Tom and Huck is impressive... More

Located on the side of a hill in the historic district, you will find the statue to be a fine depiction of Tom and Huck strolling happily to their next adventure.

Good place for a statue at the end of the street that you can watch in front of you all main street activities. Congratulations for the artist for making Tom and Huck almost alive.

There is not much that can be said about statues, but it was interesting to see the artist's rendition.
