Our teenaged daughter with mild developmental delays became frightened after getting on her horse and began to cry quietly. We had not begun the trail ride yet. My husband saw the tears coming down her face and got off of his horse and went to get our daughter off of hers. The woman stomped over to get our daughter off... More

This place is very very unprofessional. We traveled around 5 hours for vacation in Branson and one girl in our group was very excited to go horseback riding. First of all, don't look at their website because it doesn't clearly explain their "rules." So on our last day in Branson we planned to go horseback riding and then head home.... More

The grey haired old bag at the register was incredibly rude. We arrived with a group of 3 adults and 3 children. We chose this place over the nearby one many other reviewers mention because this one will allow children as young as 6 to ride on the trail ride and we had a 7 year old with us. We... More

Uncle Ike's Trail Ride is a business that, first and foremost, takes care of the >>horses<<. That is why the women who owns and runs it is adamant about making certain that the riders are of a weight the horses can carry. That is why the woman doesn't rotate the horses into trail ride.after trail ride without making certain the... More

We parked and were walking up to the ticket booth and got yelled at by a ranch hand to move because a trail ride was coming through the yard. We were no where near the trail. Ok. Then we made it up to the booth and the unpleasant lady rudely told us to read all the rules. I guess I... More

This lady should not be in business. We went with a group of five. My daughter is short and stocky and was asked to get on a scale. Is this the 1800's? Why wasnt she flogged in the town square? This lady has the bedside manner of nurse wratchet! Its hard to believe that these people would still be in... More

Highly recommend Uncle Ike's. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The horses are loved and taken care of. They were very gentle and looked happy and healthy. We would love to ride again when we return the summer of 2017.

Every year Branson takes the winter cheer a bit higher. When you drive through this amazing view of lights with mountain tops all around, it is a memory not to be forgotten. You will not want to leave your stay without checking out the the trail of lights.

While the trail ride for adults was enjoyable for those in my family that went on it, the children's ride (ages 6 & 4) was not at all what we expected. The woman running the register, whom I assumed to be the owner, was rude and asked my 6 year old if he would like her to duct tape his... More
