We went there for lunch. Very impressed with the grounds, philosophy. First criteria for admission is that the student would not be able to afford college elsewhere. Highly competitive. All the students work? Emphasis on character and patriotism.

We went 2 yrs. ago to see the 4 floor museum. Allow a long time. It's free, just give a donation if you want. It had everything for everybody. We didn't have time to eat there then. So we went back this year, just for the food. Best meal we had on the entire vacation!! They grow it all there... More

The students are committed to their work in order to pay for their tuition. Everyone that we met was so helpful and friendly. We love the restaurant/ horticulture/ fruitcakes and jellies. Will come back next year.

It is a wonderful experience. Service is outstanding and the food is exceptional.. Everything is grown on the farm and gardens on the campus. The food is prepared and served by students attending the Christian College.

This school is one of a kind. Talked to several students and was very impressed with their goals and aspirations.

Took a relative for a birthday lunch at Dobyns. The service was fast and friendly from Hannah. She answered our questions about the school and was a genuine cheerleader for it. We requested to see one of the guest rooms and was given a great tour and history from Katie (I think). The rooms are 5 Star in my opinion,... More

Very cool place to visit and check out. The school is run by the students who get their tuition paid for and get learning experience through working. There is a mill that has amazing cornmeal. They have a farm, really nice greenhouses, and a couple of neat museums.

Great find near Branson. The Foster museum is packed with memorabilia of all sorts. Take enough time to explore all three floors. The Dobyns dining room offers excellent service, locally grown food and great atmosphere. Also make this a stop for ice cream.
