This was a wonderful and educational place to visit. We saw an excellent movie on the migration habits of butterflies then entered a controlled environment in which butterflies of many varieties flew freely about us and even lighted on our limbs. We could also view a room where butterflies hatch. The entire experience was colorful and awe inspiring.

It was very nice...kids loved the mirror maze, the little rope maze, and most definately the butterflies!!! As an older individual with back issues, I would suggest an elevator...long long long staircase to get to butterflies!! 13 year old son, loved the reptiles and the staff was very patient and answered all his questions...a very nice place to visit. We... More

My husband and I took our 8 year old daughter on the day after Thanksgiving. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth doing at least once. I would advise everyone to wear something with bright neon colors because that seems to attract the butterflies! the lizard room is also worth a visit. The staff in this room on that... More

we were not impressed by the Butterfly Palace at all, except for the butterfly room. That room was magical. The rest of it was a wash but the butterflies almost made up for it.

My kids thought it was great and have asked to go back. Between the mirror maze and the actual butterflies, it was worth going. Butterflies landed on my girls and they LOVED that. It was a bit pricey for the length of time we stayed (1.5 hours.) You can keep your wristband and return the same day, but it'd be... More

Thank you for your feedback! I am glad to hear your kids had a fun time! We do not offer the wristband for a second visit unless it is the next day or within your stay in Branson (up to a week) but we do have season passes that cost around $8.00 more than the regular price ticket and are... More

We are locals and made a trip for our son but the gas plus the $40 to get in really wasn't worth it. The mirror maze was fun and the gift shop had some cute stuff but the reptile room was very small and the bungee maze was pretty simple. I think maybe 13 dollars per person at least on... More

We appreciate your feedback! I am glad to hear you enjoyed the mirror maze! We do offer a great discount on Groupon which we find is very helpful for our semi-local guests! The butterflies are amazingly beautiful. New butterflies are released daily and we had the pleasure of getting to enjoy it. Wear a brightly colored shirt and the butterflies may be more apt to land on you. There is a fun mirrored maze and a bungee rainforest room for the kids. Educational films are also offered, including the spectacular migration of... More

Although this attraction is geared toward children, my husband and I had a great time. We used our wristbands to come back after lunch. There is a small area of reptile and amphibians and then a butterfly aviary. This is the second best butterfly aviary I have seen. The Butterfly House in St. Louis, MO was a bit better. The... More

While the butterflies are beautiful and require a significant amount of upkeep, this is a bit over-rated. It was okay and I love photographing the butterflies, however, it was expensive entertainment. There are other botanical gardens and zoos that offer much of the same at a lower cost. One trip is enough.

We appreciate your feedback and I am glad to hear you enjoyed your visit! We enjoy being able to showcase species of butterflies you would never get the chance to see otherwise and help the save the Rainforest at the same time! Most butterfly houses you visit that cost $5 are funded by universities or institutions while we are privately... More
