This is a very clean beach on Table Rock Lake. The water is crystal clear and they have very clean restrooms and outdoor showers to clean off. When we visited they also had a food cart and beach equipment for rental. I was pregnant during my vacation and my doctor would not let me travel too far away and Branson... More

This was an amazing Clean picnic grounds and facilities. Beach was clean. Family atmosphere. Fresh clear blue water. Did not smell like lake water. Fun for the whole family.

Only $4 to get in. Beach and water was very clean. The water was so clear you could see the bottom and all three fish that were swimming right next to you! As stated in previous reviews there were rocks (more like pebbles) on the beach at the waters edge and yes they hurt to walk on after a while... More

When we arrived at the beach there was not anyone working at the toll gate, we put our money in an envelope and money for the car behind us (my mom). Apparently we did not read the directions and take off the parking tag, the ranger stopped us inside and was completely rude, he acted as if we were lying... More

Nice place to spend an afternoon. Water was awesome and was fun to sit and watch the boats on the lake. Nice little play area for the kids.

The water was very clear. The beach was big enough for all to have space. The sand and gravel was clean. They put gravel on the beach so when you entered the water you were not walking in mud or muck. You could see small fish swim by. There were some shaded pavilions for picnics and escape from the sun.... More

The beach is okay, not great. At the shore, its quite rocky/decent sized pebbles/stones that it almost hurt to walk barefoot. So you are better of going a bit deep. However a few of us developed swimmer's itch rash after swimming in the lake. It was quite severe for some folks. Thus is caused by a schistosomal larvae (cercarial dermatitis)... More

I am a local and love going to Moonshine Beach. Very nice facilities. The gates close at 8 pm which is a little inconvenient but I understand staff has to clean up. The main problem is the 2 men that manage that place go around and start yelling, yes yelling at the patrons to get out of the park at... More

We were camping for the weekend at nearby Table Rock State Park (only a couple of miles away, and drove over to spend the day at the beach. We had heard from others that they close down the entrance once the parking lot is full, so we headed out early. We got there around 10 am and we were able... More
