This is a very nice clean beach. Try to get there early because they stop letting people in so the beach will not get too crowded. It's like being on a sandy beach in Florida.

Our family LOVES Moonshine Beach! We visit there for a fun-filled day in the sun every single year, but not this year. Thanks to lots of rain this year, water levels were too high and when we went to the entrance of the beach, we were disappointed to see it was closed. No fault to the beach, of course, but... More

This was an inexpensive thing to do while in Branson, it costs $4 a car to enter. The beach area is plenty big enough, outdoor showers, indoor bathrooms/changing areas, playground and tables to eat on. Overall great experience. Be sure to bring soap, there wasn't any in the restrooms. Walk out on the "island" while there.

We visited this beach on July 03. The price is $4/carload for the day, and the receipt is good at any of the Corp of Army Engineers beaches. The beach in a wee bit rocky, according to the younger family members, but the water was clear and warm, and no sharks in Missouri!! We intend to return to this beach... More

5 bucks will get you in to enjoy a leisrely day at a local lake. This is definiely a family spot. Come early to get a picnicvtable on the grassy area.Lots of people bring their own pop ups for shade. The beach has rocks/gravel so water shoes are a smart choice. No life guard. Bring a float to telax and... More

This is a really nice beach. The water is very clear. It is clean and well kept. Just wear swim shoes if you don't walk well without them as there are tiny bits of shells and rocks in the sand that hurt sensitive feet. I had to steal my husband's sandals to walk down to the water. It was very... More

There's a $4 charge for vehicles to enter park. The beach is filled with sand, shells, rocks. The water is clear and there are small friendly fish that swim around you. Neat experience.

Good Beach with a playground also. In the water are tiny rocks instead of sand but that didn't bother me any. There is also a little Island you can walk or swim to. It was only $4 per vehicle.

The beach is alright. Definitely wear good shoes or even water shoes as there are tiny sharp rocks everywhere. The staff lady at the entrance fee area was very rude and basically shouted at us that we had better leave before 8 and no alcohol (she definitely has a problem with young couples). The beach itself was fine. Not overly... More
