A nice collection of war memorabilia spanning several conflicts. Not only displayed nicely but if you want to take your time and read, you can spend a lot of time here. Very interesting. There is also a little gift shop with military related items. All very nice and well kept.

My husband is former military and is always interested in going through military museums; therefore, we have been through quite a few -- small and large. This was a well done presentation, focusing more on the participants than the equipment. The personal stories were very interesting, including the history of the museum itself. The most dramatic thing was the life-size... More

What a great couple of hours. Our kids really enjoyed looking at all the memorabilia. The wall of names is awesome! The sculpture is amazing. Definitely worth stopping.

We were especially impressed with the sculpture of the fifty soldiers (including Bob Dole--see if you can find him), but loved the rest of the museum too. Who knew that Boxcar Willie was in the Air Force? The museum is logically laid out, and has a great gift shop.

If you don't know it's there, you might miss it. We knew it was there because I had done my research and we had planned on visiting. It's small but wonderful! Lots to see which was great. It did not disappoint any of us. Took about an hour to go through the whole thing. The 50 man statue memorializing one... More

Great little museum that honors vets of WW1 to present day. Remember the heros of all the wars and learn more of the history involved for our men and women who served our country. In the midst of shows and restaurants, take an hour to remember them all.

I would agree with other reviewers, but the the 50 soldier sculpture and the map drawn by the bomber pilot of his 30+ missions are what made an impression. The other 2 museums are near the toy museum, One is devoted to bb guns and the other to weapons and uniforms of the military since the Civil War. I would... More

This museum is outstanding. There is not ONE war for veterans but many to help the veterans and their families remember and honor. The gift shop is available without charge or at the end of your tour. The people are great in providing assistance. When veteran's holidays are near by they become the headquarters for information. I have been often... More
