We visited the Veterans Memorial Museum on a Thursday morning. There were quite a few coming and going, children among them. This is a good place for a little history lesson for them. I thought there was quite a bit of interesting information there, some things that I had not know about before. It's definitely worth a stop. One nice... More

This is a nice memorial with the two best things being the soldier sculpture and the war plane outside I found the outer exhibits to be a little wanting

This museum is simply awesome and a must see if you visit Branson. The brass sculptures are incredible and the names on the walls from the different wars are amazing. If you are a veteran....and even if you aren't ....don't miss seeing this museum!!

I am so proud of my ten year old son because he has self-engendered a respect for and an appreciation of our American military. history. He truly "gets" the enormity of sacrifice, and he has full respect for his older brother and his contributions towards the maintenance of freedom. This museum broke down the overall representation of those who served... More

Don't let the outside of the building fool you...it's packed with military treasures! We have visited other military museums that didn't have displays nearly as impressive as this. Uniform displays are complete with personal stories, pictures, and letters allow you to make a connection to the individual. All conflicts are represented with weapons, equipment, uniforms (male & female) of various... More

They gave my husband a discount since he is a veteran. There was do much information to read and all of the personal stories were amazing. The memorial walls for all who were killed were very sobering. Seeing the last room of graves in Arlington brought tears to my eyes.

Branson offers discounts to veterans at many of its attractions. In the past they have hosted free weekends for veterans. I do not know about this year, but I am looking for information. If anyone knows please respond to this post. Otherwise, I will update this soon.

The display was nicely presented, the people behind the counter were very sincere, unfortunately I felt that it was not worth the price of admission we paid.
