Beautiful, well-cared-for, interesting course, with the hazards well-placed but manageable. I'm an okay golfer on good days, but still had fun smashing the ball around this course. Do bring extra balls as the rough was more than tall enough to eat them. To be fair, it had rained quite a bit and we were cart-paths-only so this may be why... More

We normally played Murder Rock and loved it but it has closed. Payne Stewart golf club is great. Very challenging, so you might want to play silvers. It is beautiful, every hole. Even has a Payne Steward museum inside that is pretty cool We ended up playing here three times in one week. We can not wait to go back.

This was a wonderfully welled kept course with great scenery. It is a little challenging but it is a great course to go to. The people that worked there were all very nice and helped us get started.

The legend of Payne Steward will live on in the golf course made in his memory. The troon style beautiful course is a tough one. There are several tees to play from, our group chose the orange tees as they were the most forward. Even from the most forward tees getting to the green in par was not easy. We... More

Played this course 3 times last week! The course will challenge golfers of all ability. If you are a scratch golfer, the back tees will push you and test your abilities. If you are a 15-20 handicap golfer, I highly recommend the Combo track that allows you to play up on the longer holes, and back on the silver tees... More

We Tee'd off at 7am. Beautiful day, course layout is really exceptional with varying shots. Will make you use all the clubs in your bag. Staff was friendly. The only small downside was because of the way the course is layed out it does not return to the clubhouse until the 18th hole. The halfway house was closed but there... More

Great golf course. Wet from all the rain this past week but enjoyed the experience. Was a fan of Payne Stewart so wanted to golf at this course while we were in the area.

Was in town for business, decided to play this course based on the fact Payne Stewart was my favorite golfer. Service was great, course is beautiful, (very challenging) but affordable and just an overall great time. A must if you are near Branson. Truly one of the greatest courses I have ever played.

Just called, 22 APR 2014 at 2:50PM with great excitement to play Mo's best course, named after an ICON and great man/ambassador to the game. Your young man said you were booked all day with an event. I explained we were there for just one day and asked for a referal to another nice course..." I am new to the... More

The National Collegiate Club Golf Association hosted our Central Region Tournament here. Payne Stewart has great staff who are willing to go out of their way to help out. They were very accommodating to college students and we would love to go back to this course very soon. The course was in great shape for how early in the season... More
