The Factory Merchants Mall has been closed for a few years now. There are no plans to reopen the mall. I believe the Crocs store was the last to close and it has now been relocated to the Tanger Mall.

Was not worth the visit when it was open. All stores have relocated and the complex is now owned by the city. The city is entertaining offers to convert the complex to other venues.

I was really let down to find out that this place was closed AFTER i drove all the way down the entrance road which does NOT say anything is closed. I always went to the Redwing store which is now of course, gone. So we went to Branson Meadows - no Redwing store. Then tried Tanger Outlet - no Redwing... More

The city should take down the signs on Hwy 76 or at least put something over them that says the mall is closed. Even the barricades don't say it's closed, just that it's now the property of the city. Yes, the bad economy had a part in it closing, but the over development of Branson Landing hurt the most. I've... More

We were just there last week. Having visited in previous years, we knew that the mall had slowly been declining in the number of storefronts, but were slightly shocked to see what appeared to be a "ghost mall". There was nothing on the main sign indicating its retail demise (along 76) the touted it was the "entrance" to the mall.... More

Only saw one store still open -- Crocs. Depressing place to visit. Bathrooms locked in mall area so someone relieved themselves near the door - gross!

The mall is closed, as of the end of June. Why hasn't the website updated their information. Also, I think the public should be informed as to where the stores have moved to. Many of them are now in the Shoppes at Branson Meadows Mall.

Only 3 stores open now out of well over a hundred. I hope it comes back eventually. It was the nicer of the two outlets in Branson.

It looks like they either over built the mall, or many of the stores have moved out (or never moved in). We didn't stay, didn't see anything that we couldn't find at Tanger Outlet mall.
