Maybe it has been there for 53 years, but I really can not guess why. I really did not care for the play. The Homestead tour was
very good, but the Play could be much better.

We love the play. Great way to spend the evening! Our teenager love the fire! Seats were great! Long line for disabled to get back up the hill.

Outdoor theater production that tells a good story. Production a little slow in parts but overall good. We were at the first show of the 2012 season and very little hick ups. The intermission with everyone able to get on the set was not our cup of tea but if you like interaction with the cast members you will enjoy.

I did not see the outdoor theater production, but went for the sole purpose of going to the top of the tower to take in the view. It was hazy that day, but the view was still nice. I was disappointed that it was an enclosed view an not open air. I enjoyed reading the story of the Shepard of...

It's a good show for folks that have never seen it. If you have seen it a couple of times, it seems like a high price to pay...but most of the shows are too expensive. I have enjoyed it each time I've went.

Inspiration Tower looks very tall when you get there. They have a zipline seat which takes you from the top of the tower then 1/2 mile over tree tops to the bottom. At speeds of 50 mph! We have done true zip lining in Texas and loved it but wanted something different that wouldn't take us hours to do. This...

We visited on our first visit to Branson in May, 2011. We started with the Chuckwagon Dinner Theater, visited the Inspiration Tower, took the guided tour of the historic homestead, and finished that visit with the Shepherd of the Hills Outdoor Drama.

Outdoor theater telling an old mountain story. Lots of action and great acting. Great show for kids, say 10 or 11 and older. Have been several times and still enjoy the show. Well worth the price of the tickets.
