Although the web site is up, we showed up to closed gate. Locals says it has been closed for a year. Too bad but right down the road is a wonderful new Blues Museum.

The museum was nice and right there on the Mississippi River! We wished the river boat was running, but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Saw a lizard, armadillo, and a deer. Very quiet. After our walk we rested in the rocking get chairs and watched the... More

The aquarium was a sight to see, especially the super big catfish. Once you're done with the museum, check out the gift shop... More

The view was breathtaking. The mighty Mississippi is huge! I have never in my life seen so many dragon flies together in one area! A must see stop!
