Very nice place to view the river, has a river boat that you can ride on but was closed that day.Has a museum inside none, of the interactive displays worked due to a power outage the night before, a few tanks with fish, gators and turtles. Has some art upstairs.

A nice place to go and relax. Since Tunica doesn't have many visitors and this park is relatively new, it's in good shape. Very few people around.

The trip through the two story museum is well worth the $10 it costs. Lots to see and hear about the area, dating back to the Indians who inhabited the area even prior to the first European explorers in the 1500s. The exhibits are great!

My husband and I wanted a break from the casinos, so we went to check out the river park. It was very beautiful and quiet. We had a nice walk along the river on a gorgeous day.

The park has 2 distinct features---the inside museum, which gives you a great understanding of the Mississippi river history along with the ever changing flow of the river(cost $10). The nature trails take you right along side the river where you can sit and watch the barges and creatures that inhabit the area(free). You can also sit on the porch... More
