The customer service in the casino has changed. We went without any coupons because we did not recv. Any and when we went to the service counter we were told management changed their policy so they would not look up to see if we had any comps. Management contacted me after I complained and they said they changed their policy to... More

Came here out of curiosity- had received many fliers in the mail. Stayed two nights on the 5th floor. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Starbucks in the lobby operates off of a micros system so you can't use your gift card there- bummer. Room was clean- complimentary water bottles are a nice touch- even though the maid did not... Room was spacious, clean and pretty. Staff extremely friendly & courteous. No shuttle between casinos. Food choices limited, not much between Starbucks and the buffet.

We walked over to the Horseshoe Casino and my wife should work as a hospitality greeter. She accidently meet the women in charge of entertainment and she gave us 4 tickets to the Neal McCoy show along with drink coupons. A $475 value. His show was uplifting, entertaining a fan old time showmen. Don't miss him.

The new food court has good food. The menu is small but offers enough for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The slot machines are up to date mostly. They still offer some of the older games. The floor staff is friendly and helpful. The drink servers are quick and I really like the ordering of drinks from the machine...The Buffet is always... More

If you are a true gambler, go to Horseshoe in Tunica, MS. If you are looking for entertainment, go elsewhere. I have gambled all over the US and for the money and true gaming experience, Horseshoe still remains the best. Although corporate has had it's influence, there are still good odds to be found if you will look.

We had stayed at the Horseshoe before and found it quite good. We like the lay-out of the casino and that it is centered between two others.

My girlfriend and I went down to Tunica (comped) and had a good time while there but the one thing that spoiled it for us was how chintzy the casino was to their players. My hostess came on the day before we were leaving and introduced herself and asked if there was anything she could do for us and we... More

I really don't know why we still drop in here when we are in the area. Horseshoe is the only Tunica casino that we have never been able to enjoy ourselves because the machines are terribly tight. Maybe it is just bad luck but we have been here several times over the last 10 years. Today we actually put in... More
