We went on "Free Tuesday" so we got to explore the museum for free and then had lunch at the cafe. It was one of our favorite places to eat the entire trip and loved it so much we went back for lunch before we left on Friday!

The museum is divided they say into three components - the gardens outside, the Mississippi history display and the traveling exhibit. A wonderful display of the history of the CURIOUS GEORGE story.

As well, there are some wonderful hands-on kinds of activities regarding
being creative for the children: Like choosing your fabric and creating your
own gown/garment with pins and clips. It was really fun, to especiall watch...
