Cool info about Hurricanes and southern history! I loved the view from the top floor and the literature and money saving coupons inside the magazines offered.

I don't know if I have ever seen a visitor's center as nice at this one! Bathrooms were very clean, the little museum was very nice, and there was free wifi, which is always a plus!

What a great place. Lots of information. Staff is well informed and friendly. We were looking for places to take the grandkids and found lots of thing we didn't know about. They helped to fill our four days with great fun things and it's a beautiful place.

Go early in morning so you can visit the lighthouse before the heat makes the lighthouse tour not possible. Then definitely spend the time to watch the Katrina video.
