Lots of history in this center, plenty of info on what to do and where to. Staff was very pleasant. Thought the gift shop was a little pricey.

We went to this Visitors Center for the first time. It is a beautiful building and very well done. The presentations were interesting and done in different mediums and were not boring. There is a lot of information to digest so plan to spend extra time if this is your interest. There was so much to choose from. Friendly people... More

Stopped at this center just to check it out for pamphlets and brochures but it has a lot more. Beautiful building and view of the beach from the second floor terrace. Be sure to see the movie in the theater about Hurricane Katrina, you won't be disappointed. As mentioned before, it is a good vantage point to take a picture... More

We stopped here for souvenirs, parking, information, and great beach views. We got very little of any of those. The gift shop was very small. The cashier was too busy chatting about her personal life to help customers. The museum area was small. And the great balcony on the second floor with the amazing beach & gulf views was closed... This new visitors center has been here around three years. The old one was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. There is much history about Biloxi here to see. Please take time to sit for a while in one of the rocking chairs on the front porch. There is a beautiful view of the Gulf and Lighthouse from here.

This has to be one of the nicest visitor centers I have ever seen, it was more like a capitol building inside. Very nice clean bathrooms and a very helpful lady at the help counter who was eager to help and give advice on where to go in the area. They had some nice artwork on display and the front... More

We were really impressed with this Visitors Center and the helpful staff. We learned a lot about the area and about the customs, food and the local industry of the area. Would recommend this to all who go to Biloxi.

It was like a mini museum rather than a typical visitor center. Besides the usual area info it had lots of exhibits of historical significance and great local art! Cute items in the gift shop in a broad price range. Really glad I stopped in.

Visited here with my children. Great tour of the lighthouse. I was glad to walk through the museum as it was full of Mississippi history and included beautiful pictures. Great historical tour for my 14-year-old. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
