Free...very informative about the are. The Docent's are very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. Small gift shop with some nice articles from local artisans. BUT!!! beware. They don't take plastic. I don't carry much cash, anymore and rarely have a check with me. Luckily, I had a dog-warred old check hiding in my purse.

We loved all the small exhibits and the theater on the second floor with a wonderful video of the area after Katrina, which chronicled the clean up efforts.

This was my first Marti Gras, so I had several questions and the customer service rep was very patient, answered all of my questions and her tips were very helpful for our visit. I was pleased.

Stop here if you go to Biloxi-- lots of information on the general area. Coupons, brochures, gift shop. Walk to light house-- they do charge admission to go up in light house. Walk across street to pier. Beach is nice here.

This visitor information has many features including a gift shop, nice artwork, museum items and more. The Biloxi Lighthouse is in front of the visitor center. We parked in the parking lot on the side of the visitors center. We went up the front stairs and enjoyed the view from the large porch. Inside, there is a desk for information... More

Perfectly convenient, with the beach across the street and the lighthouse nearby. Make a day of the 3. The visitor center staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The museum is filled with interesting facts and is self paced. I love the little handheld speaker you carry around to give you a personal tour. You enter only the display you want to... More

One of the best visitor centers...knowledgeable staff, good brochures, and enjoyable coffee. It is also across the street from the historic lighthouse. Learned from one of the helpful staff that the White Pillar Restaurant (long since closed) would be reopening this year.

A lot of history found throughout the museum. The staff are very helpful, offer coffee or tea, many rooms filled with art, mardi gras, and info how the town was founded. And a film on Hurricane Katrina and the historic Lighthouse. Nothing to dislike.
