Beautiful new building located across from the historic Biloxi lighthouse. Built after Hurricane Katrina, this classic two story columned building is loaded with local history, artwork and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and breathtaking sunsets.

The Vistor Center was much more interesting than I had anticipated. There is beautiful artwork of painting and wood carvings. A short movie of the magnitude of hurricane Katrina and the rebuilding of Biloxi. Good film to see. We bought tickets to see the lighthouse there. The lighthouse is across the street and has a interesting history. The staff is... More

I thought the receptionist was very helpful. The displays were interesting and well done. The interior was elegant Southern charm. We didn't spend a lot of time inside, but were impressed.

They have all the information you need for the area and lots of wonderful artwork by local artists. It's decorated for Christmas and is a warm and cozy place. Lots to see in Biloxi and the surrounding area.

This is, by any standards, an impressive building. The setting is great, being just across the road from Biloxi's crystal white beach , with views from the upper balcony of the light house and the pier and out across the sea. There is a short film about Hurricane Katrina, it's worth a visit just to see that film! The centre... More

We had never been to Biloxi before. We stopped at the Biloxi Visitors Center. The staff was very informative and friendly. Lots of information on the area, the hurricanes which have hit there, and the rich history of the area. It is definitely worth stopping in and taking a walk through if you find yourself in the area.

They located a room for us below the rate I would have to pay as a walk in customer. Very ftiendly. They have a movie of the huricane and the damage done. It is free and well worth the time.
