The trip is only 70 minutes and it is a fun way to take a boat ride and to learn about shrimping. We only had five on our Monday trip so was delighted when the captain decided to go. Steve and Captain Mike were super nice and made suggestions for great restaurants - which we tried and loved. Great way... More

Really enjoyed this informative trip aboard a shrimp boat. Lots of facts presented, both verbal and visual. Interesting to see what was collected in the nets which were dragged along during our ride. Thanks to Steve and the Captain for a great and interesting time.

I went out on a Tuesday at 1030am, there was only 5 of us. We didn't go out very far just enough to fill the net with diff fish. The deck hand Steve was good, I wish we could have went out longer.

This was a good starter ride for tourist. If you are not sure about boats or deep water this is the way to go. You don't go out too far. Just enough to be comfortable. The boat is not too small and the captain and his wife made you very welcome. You can sit inside but still see good and... More

We took the 1:30 tour on a Monday afternoon. $15.00 for an adult, myself and my husband took the tour. It was really a great time. It was a very hot day but we stood up top under the canopy and with the breeze it was enjoyable. Steve the deckhand does a great job! He explained everything he was doing.,... More

Our grandchildren loved this trip. They really learned a lot and listened. We were followed through the bay by 2 dolphins and that made the trip even more memorable. Well worth the money.

They accept 49 passengers - half downstairs, half upstairs - no awning - On a very hot day - like we experienced - it's just too too hot to sit up there and bake!! The 'tour' is presented on a grade school level - yes, the guide was very good - and there were many kids aboard --- in a... More

We loved it, old, young and in between. Deck hand and captain took turns talking and taught us many things about the Mississippi sound. Saw the things that are in the sound, and gulls flew with us for tidbits of food. Great trip, good value

Definitely recommend taking this 70min. tour for $15.00 (cash only). Teach you about the shrimping industry, show you how they harvest shrimp, etc. Allow you to hold a live shrimp. Also, they tell you the best places to eat in the area & the best times to go (we wished we had gone on this tour the 1st day we... More
