As I was with a tour group a guide from the church spoke on the history of the Church. Many don't realize that Biloxi was only about 20 miles away from the eye of hurricane Katrina. This church was heavily damaged but has since been repaired and the broken windows have been replaced and they surround the interior of the... More

Reconstruction is finished at this lovely round church with tall stained glass on all sides. We did not attend Mass, however the Priest was very welcoming for us to come in and look around. He visited a little bit and then let us stay as long as we liked.

Stained glass can only be seen from the inside. Friendly. Beautiful choir. Father Greg gave a good lecture. Parish participates in lots of events. Next week is their family picnic.

We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tour that just started at St. Michaels. The parish woman put together a great filmstrip and tour of the beauitful stained glass church. It was unusual to see that fisher's net was used around the altar and the ships and boats representing the significance of being the Fisherman's Church. Highly recommend this tour, which was... More

Beautiful setting with stained glass wonder all around. A complete renovation after Hurricane Katrina, it's stunning. Father Greg is a very interesting person with a lot of charisma and love for his church. He is a warm, inviting and smart. I am not Catholic, am not a member, but have spent a lot of time in the church and with... More
