We love lighthouses, so we try to tour as many as we can, we've admired this one from the outside for many years and finally toured it. It also operates as a bed and breakfast, so you can only tour the tour of the actual light, but the outbuildings can be toured. They have great displays about shipping in the... More

Its a nice light house - not very big but you can get some great shots of it and it doesn't seem that busy there to truly enjoy it.

This was a nice stop. The lighthouse is pretty, the gift shop is nice, but there are drawbacks. You can't climb to the very top, you can only climb near and it and look out of small circular windows. The redeeming factor for us was that a massive ship was docking at the moment and we could watch from the... More

If you are in Two Harbors its worth a look around the lighthouse and breakwater. There is a large free car park thats also handy for having a stroll around the lake shore or onto the breakwater. Picnic tables as well.

We biked to this from our hotel and walked to end of peer for Great Lake view. Loved watching the ore boats being loaded.

Fully enjoyed our visit at the light house. It was located away from the town and had a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were immaculate. The only cons were that the shared bathroom had a clawfoot tub with a wrap-around curtain to take a shower in and the light house is near a working pier... More

You have to drive through downtown and navigate a little to get here but it is worth it. You can walk out the breakwater and see iron ore docks up close. The lighthouse is two harbors history and this is well worth your time

It was fun to visit a working lighthouse and hear the history of the building and how technology has changed the job over the years.

An excellent place to stay if you are near Two Harbors, MN. Fresh baked treats were waiting when we checked in to this lovely, working lighthouse B&B. Nicely decorated and impeccably clean, and comfortable; it is a nice alternative to a chain or hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I were the only guests in the... More

Pretty grounds, but very light on historical info. Honestly, the museum in town is much, much better, so do both museums. The grounds have a pilot house, a cottage, and the lighthouse
