Made many trips to Como as a child and when my children were much younger...this was my first time back in quite a few years. It is a beautiful location for an outdoor wedding. It's right on the lake and the pavilion can seat hundreds. It was rainy, but we stayed dry throughout the ceremony. Parking is free! Easy to... More

There is a small cafe downstairs but it's nothing special. However the pavilion does offer a great spot for enjoying Como Park, Como Lake, and passersby. Some evenings there is free music.

There is a lot in the area, it doesn't cost anything usually to do that activities at the pavilion, love that its right on the lakeside. I enjoy walking around the lake while they have music playing. Sometimes there are weddings. The golf course is across the street and the zoo in walking distance which is also free!

Had not been there for a number of years and was still like I remembered it. Nice place for a wedding. Area was clean and setting was appropriate. Stopped earlier at food area and noted most items were above cost for family dining with kids.

The setting is fantastic. The food is OK. It's fresh and homemade, but a very limited menu. The seating is the downfall. It's rustic and not real comfortable.

This park is situated in southwest Minneapolis and is easy to get to, has plenty of parking, is on Lake Como with a beachfront and lots of parking. Adjacent to the park, you can get a ride on a historic streetcar which formerly took people from downtown Minneapolis to Lake Como. About a mile of track has been rebuilt, and... More

It's an easy walk around Como Lake. We ate a picnic lunch at the pavilion, overlooking the lake. A children's theatre group was setting up for a performance later that day.

I enjoy attending the free summer concerts at Como Park. This year I also enjoyed the Rosetown Players Production of "Hello Dolly!" Always a beautiful setting at Como Lake.

There are concerts here every few nights all summer. And you can rent a paddleboat or bike. There is a golf course (ski lodge) across the street.

Overlooking Como Lake (in Como Park) where hundreds of people stroll the walking paths whenever the weather is nice (summer and winter), the pavilion is home to summer evening concerts provided by a variety of community bands, orchestras, and ensembles. Musical plays are also performed there. On the ground floor of the Pavilion near the lakeshore one can rent paddleboats... More
