Doggie Friendly

We love Grand Avenue! Some of the shops and restaurants are doggie friendly! Springs, Summers and Fall are our favorite doggie seasons on Grand!

Returned to St. Paul to visit family. Spent an afternoon with my younger sister exploring Grand Avenue. What a great way to reconnect and celebrate life. Dynamic shops, a great variety, but with a central theme of being there to accommodate. Well worth the time to wander and explore.

Grand Avenue is a nice street to walk along. There is another coffeehouse every few blocks. The street cuts through Macalester and St. Thomas campuses. And there are lots of restaurants along the way too.

Grand Avenue is a street with a mixture of local shops and restaurants, along with a few chain establishments. Because of the variety of one-of-a-kind shops and eateries it is unique within the Twin Cities. The shopping experience stretches a couple of miles and there is truly something for everyone. We stopped at Cafe Latte and were fortunate to find... More

Formerly a trendy area of St. Paul. Slowly but surly getting taken over by chains. Still there are lots of gems to be found. You just have to look harder to find them.

This is one of the best small town feeling in the big city. Great small shops with great deals and some local artist. I love all the choices I had to not only shop but to eat at; all in a small area. I'll be back!

Some nice restaurants on this road and charming shops. You can walk down and see what you want to eat.

Another fun area, like Summit drive, where you will find many fun places to shop, eat and take a stroll.

Great little stores and restaurants. Free Parking can be challenging, but there is a ramp on Victoria. Favorite places are Cafe Latte and Axels (go for early bird discounts at Axels.) and Bibolet shop. Winter can be chilly, but dress warm and walk fast.

Grand Avenue has to be part of a visit to St. Paul. I am originally from Minneapolis but it has nothing remotely similar to Grand Avenue St. Paul. On the west end are several private college campuses and a wonderful art supply store, Wet Paint, and heading east are apartments, specialty stores, gift shops, restaurants, galleries and more until you...
