Como Park Zoo and Conservatory has a great variety of exhibits. It's a great place to explore and view a large selection of plant and animal exhibits, and there are great opportunities for people of all ages to learn about the world around them. And you can't beat the price!

A nice little zoo close to downtown. Great for little kids. Small, but visitors can get very close to the animals. Informative zookeepers who give educational talks hourly.

If you're fed up with cold, dry, weather, take a visit to the conservatory and escape to the tropics!

We're from out of town and were staying in the cities for the weekend and had a day to do something with the kid. This place was perfect for that. The park is nice and big, and there's a lot to do and see. The only big downside was that it was a busy weekend since it was the first... More

Came here on a sunday while visiting my dad. I heard great things about it and it impressed me a lot. First the consevatory was excellent with many beautiful plants and flowers. Everything was taken care off especially the Japanese garden outside. The water wasnt flowing yet though I cant wait to come back when the outdoor plants bloom. The... More

This is a must see in the Minneapolis area. We attended an private event in the flower garden of the Conservatory. This is one of the most beautiful places of its kind that we have been to. It is an indoor facility that is well laid out. Our function was in early March 2015 and it was just beautiful .... More

The zoo is fun, and it's the right price--free! Sad penguins, fun monkeys, baby giraffes. Check out the attached Marjorie McNeely Comservatory. The flowers rotate through the seasons and they are always gorgeous! Open 365.

Living in Minnesota, a trip to the Conservatory is always a welcome break from the dreary winter. Always a beautiful day trip. The zoo is really improving, years ago, awful, sad place. Now, much more open, family friendly and have added more interactive attractions. The "kid park " used to be really shabby, made some improvements, getting better. Food need... More

Our family lives 3 hours from the zoo, and we come regularly. We visit both the zoo and conservatory. Both my children ages, 10 and 16 enjoy the exhibits. Worth the trip for us. It is a free will donation to get in.

The guest experience at this zoo was great! Everything was very clean, maps and signage were easy to follow and most of the animals were displayed in their enclosures for everyone to see. It's also FREE (donations accepted) which is a plus. Unfortunately, many of the enclosures were very small, lacking natural elements and some seemed to be quite outdated.... More
