Incredible zoo, great conservatory, friendly employees. All for a small suggested donation of a few dollars a person.

They were converting one hall for Christmas flowers so it was closed unfortunately but the rest was just what we needed on a cold Minnesota... More

I came here because I heard there was a baby chimpanzee. I ended up spending most of my time in the observatory, which is incredible: beautifully designed, spacious, and just a lovely space to be in

I've been coming here since I was little. It never gets old. Beautiful, tranquil conservatory. I'm not a fan of keeping animals in zoos but of course its always amazing seeing these beautiful beings in person.

My teenage daughter and I made a date to go here together for some 'one on one' time together. It was good just to reconnect. She is becoming a wonderful photographer and was able to take some great shots. I framed her pictures and hung them around our home as a reminder of our day.

The recently remodeled the polar bear exhibit and it is a must see when you visit the zoo. It is always crowded here and difficult to get a parking space when the weather is nice.

We've been to many zoos and conservatories throughout our travels and few compare with Como Zoo, which is unbelievably free and open to the public, including free parking. The zoo itself is wonderful from the outdoor exhibits including bison, cougars, giraffes and other Serengeti animals, wolves, and waterfowl to indoor attractions such as the gorilla building and the rain forest.... What a fun (and warm) place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Grab a glass of wine and wander. They pipe music all over so you can sit, chat, enjoy.
