Last recital of the season, should be a crowd pleaser! Interesting selection of songs and BelCanto arias!

The Ordway is a marvelous large venue and now the more intimate musical hall next door has been completely renovated and is reopened. If you like Broadway music I highly recommend the Broadway Songbook series which has 2-3 shows per year. Park a few blocks away in one of the ramps and enjoy a stroll through Rice Park (a weird... An elegant and refined theatre that has hosted lots of great shows over the years. We've been enjoying performances at the Ordway for a couple of decades although we don't come over from the western suburbs as often as we once did since so many of the touring events are held in Minneapolis now. The Ordway stands the test of... More

I love the Orday. As a former employee (Marketing & PR Manager), I think it is one of the best run arts organizations that I've had the privilege of working for. As a patron, the Ordway is beautiful, with a gorgeous new addition. If your tastes include Broadway productions or World Music and Dance performances, the Ordway will have a... More

On Saturday, March 28th I attended the matinee for this live magic at the Ordway. I laughed, was amazed, and couldn't figure how they did what they did. There were card, bird, and water tricks, etc. along with continued audience participation. Grab a friend and go to this fast paced, brain-bending national tour spectacular scheduled through April, 2016. For other... More

The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts has become a favorite of mine in the Twin Cities. All the ambience you can imagine and performances that leave you always wanting more. We just experienced the amazing Bernadette Peters and she was dazzling. We look forward to attending a performance in the new Performance Hall in the near future. They have... More

Such a lovely venue to make a production seem like "going to the theater." Being greeted by men in overcoats and top hats made me feel like it was a special occasion and the theater was so beautiful!

We have been going to the Ordway for years. They have recently completed a wonderful upgrade. I do not think there are any bad seats in the house. The acoustics are wonderful. My wife appreciates the availability of rest rooms and short lines for them. We have seen the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and Christmas Story. In our view, they... More

Our most recent visit to the Ordway was to see "A Christmas Story," which was extremely well done. We had seats in the second row of the balcony, which provided an outstanding view - but really, past visits sitting in other parts of the Ordway also provided great views of the stage action. Sound quality of the orchestra is at... More
