Outstanding! It is great to see the Veterans are not forgotten in Rochester, other cities could learn a lot from this Memorial and the people in the Rochester area.

Beautiful memorial in a very accessible location at the edge of a park. A memorial for all those who have fallen.

Not a huge memorial but it is beautifully done and is kept up very nicely. Any patriot would love it. Please keep young kids respectful. Nothing like have a child throw their ice cream cone in a fit of rage on the memorial stone of my dad.

This is one of the best local memorials that I have seen. The pictorials, the named bricks and the presentation all are in the best taste for honoring our veterans. If you are in the area, this is a DO NOT MISS item. We have been there twice now and still see things we missed earlier.

A perfect Fall day to honor our Veterans at a First Class Memorial site at Soldiers Field in Rochester Minnesota. Very well laid out and and the pavers and overall attention to both the local Women and Men that served as well as the entire United States. Worth the stop no matter the day! God Bless and thanks to our... More

prefect time when I visited as it was in fall color change. Well worth the time it takes to walk around and view all the memorial. It is very impressive in the construction aspect as well, I was glad to have a midweight coat at thas time of year.

I visited this memorial in the early October sunshine, despite the the reality of war and the courage and selflessness of those who served was very powerfully captured. The names of those who made the ultimate sacrifice form a pavement which leads you round the memorial, the statistics of killed and wounded put the whole thing into perspective. As nations... More

When I went, it was nice and quiet. None of the benches were in the shade then, but the memorial itself is nice looking. I don't see a need to spend much time here if you're coming for the memorial, but it can be a good place to sit and read a book for a bit.
