This memorial was built & kept up by private donations, no government monies were used. It's a beautiful remembrance to our fallen soldiers.

Everything I liked...the pool has an area for toddlers plus older children....the parks have princess slides and camps for the kids to play on.....the Veteran's Memorial has area soldiers and Verterans names to trace with paper and pencil....just wonderful....great view of Mayo and Plumber Building, and the Kahler sign.

Very fitting tribute to our veterans. Beautiful sight. In large park area with lots to do and see. Interesting murals surrounding the Memorial.

Various attractions for all ages, children & adults. The memorial is just the right size to visit, very well done to honor those who served our country.

I love this Memorial site for the Veterans. I really think that our capital should have such an impressive Memorial in St Paul/Minneapolis. Each state should. I really enjoyed reading all the Wonderful Engraved Quotes, the name(s) of the soliders we have lost and the beautiful Statue of Mother & Child looking up to the heavens due to just being... More

This place is amazing. The tributes are touching. We have taken my parents twice, and they were impressed, also brought back memories as they know people whose names are engraved on the wall.

We attended the Sub Vet Memorial that was held here, and it was moving. The site itself is beautiful and well created, and the absolute perfect place to have the tolling of the boats ceremony. We are very glad we got to visit.

This is the most moving veterans memorial I have ever visited. The workmanship and the attention to detail is great.

Well kept lawns, walking trails and attached golf course, but the memorial was nothing spectacular. Then again, Rochester is a small city and this is dedicated to local veterans. I am confused why a golf course is attached to a Memorial Park.
