Under the direction of Jere Lantz, this orchestra and chorale are an outstanding asset to the greater Rochester community. They occasionally collaborate with other choruses from the Twin Cities, and bring in guest musicians and composers. They always provide a thrilling performance!

Rochester Orchestra and Chorale is led by Jere Lantz and that means everything. Conductor Lantz goes out of his way to make the music accessible with fascinating lengthy "notes" or histories in each program, and with pre-show lectures or discussions where his passion shows through, making these extra enjoyable - almost more so than the music itself!

Some of the performers are some of the greatest nurses and physicians in the world. Some of these folks are so talented they could have chosen music over medicine. Great music and always entertaining.
