We had to come here for some tests. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they set up appointments for several different tests. Everyone was always so nice and helpful.

I completed my check in one day. I like having all specialties in one location. My appointment are very close to time as listed on my paper given to me when I arrived.

Very efficient in handling patients. You'll be in a waiting room with 100 others--thinking that it will take for ever for your name to be called (they use pagers). But they have it down to a science. My waits were never more than 30 minutes

The most impressive healthcare facility you will ever see. The Mayo buildings consume a large part of Rochester. The campus is clean and well taken care of. Rochester offers several things to do. It is not just the doctors who make this facility so impressive; it's actually all the other people you meet. The receptionists who remember you and are... More

I'm 76 years old and traveled extensively but never have I found such a professional consistency among "support" staff. Upon arrival, a group of gentlemen (neatly attired) RUSH to assist those needing assistance in getting into the building (when needed). There are information desks scattered the sparkling complex. As I heard one of the "greeters" say -- it's just like... More

Medical care and coordinated team approach like nothing my husband and I had ever expereinced. Everyone there from doctors, to technicians, to the greets at the elevators were gracious and generous with their help, their time, and their expertise. They even had a grand piano on the lower level with someone playing from time to time. Very relaxing and soothing.... More

Totally enjoyed being barcoded through the facility and you feel like you are getting concierge service-in a clinic. Even though they were on emergency staffing and we were hours behind due to freak blizzard there are plenty of excellent waiting rooms and plenty of computers to while away the time. Had one of the best Doctors in the world and... More
