I saw the Minnesota Orchestra perform Tavener's Ikon of Eros in 2002, Bruckner's 4 in the late 90's and the Verdi Requiem this year. This has got to be one of America's greatest Orchestras. Ticket prices run anywhere from $27-$100+. If in town, hear them perform, you will get your money's worth! more
