My husband and I just did the Skyway Food Tour for my birthday. Kevin(nn) was our tour guide and he was great! We enjoyed chatting with him and he was able to answer a random question we had about MN breweries/brew pubs. We wished we been able to glean more information and random tidbits he knows about the city and... More

Ok, maybe not aerobic, but walking does count as exercise. And along the way you will make several stops to get a taste of a variety of Minneapolis restaurants. During the walk, the guide described the buildings, architecture and history of Minneapolis. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Pace is comfortable. At the eating and drinking stops she switches to her knowledge... More

The tour guide was warm, professional, and very interesting. She shared the tour information and a bit of her personal experiences as appropriate for the tour. Do not eat before you go to this tour. Just the right portion sizes. .... Yum. A fun tour I recommend it

The tour combined food & history during a 3 hour walk. Enjoyed all of the stops, but was a little disappointed we went to Old Spaghetti Factory since it is a chain restaurant (although the building was beautiful). Be ready to eat from the get-go ... the chocolate chip cookies at City Market were awesome & our first taste! Would... More

I bought my husband and I the Wine and Chocolate Tour for a Valentine's Day Gift. The tour took place on Saturday, May 11, 2013. What we found was it was a great way for he and I to spend some quality time together, learn a lot about chocolate - the manufacturing process, cacao contents and how this impacts the... More

My husband and I took the chocolate and wine tour. I want to start off with the positives. This tour was truly a great experience. We had the opportunity to tour five great local establishments I would not have found otherwise. Each of these places provided us with a warm reception and some samples. That being said, the price of... More

We had a great experience on the Skyway Tour on March 23, 2013. Our tour guide was so kind, funny, and knowledgeable about the events in the area. The stops were so fun! First we started at Crave with an awesome flat bread, then Tea tasting, Candyland, cupcakes, and finally Hell's Kitchen to end the day. It was a very... More

Just had Minneapolis Skyway Food Tour yesterday. What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon meeting new people and trying new food, all while getting some history of the skyways and some of the sites of Minneapolis! Betsy was our guide and she was excellent! She is friendly and had good history knowledge of the area, all with a... More

My friends and I had gone on a Chicago Food Tour and really enjoyed it. When we came across the Mpls. skyway tour, we decided to try it. We enjoyed the hearing a little history of downtown, the food we tasted was good and our tour guide was good also. We plan to do another food tour in the future.

We just did the skyway tour with Kevin as our guide. Kevin was professional, informative, and personable. It was fun to venture about the skyway system and try different establishments on our journey. Even though I have been at some of the establishments, I had not tried the sample menu item and didn't not know the history, etc. Plus it... More
