Great LOCAL, HUMANE, NON-TOXIC & FRESH food. Awesome restaurants/markets that we never would have went to otherwise. You'll be stuffed with food & MN knowledge after 3 hours. Our tour guide, Becca, was great. Will definitely be going back to the places we ate at. Recommend this tour to anyone!

My tour was on October 15. The history part of the tour was light but informative, and the food was great. I have sensitivity to gluten and Lori ensured that I had options at all locations. Definitely would recommend this to people with out of town guests, or locals looking to try something different. :)

The food tour was delicious! I loved the variety of food samples and the story behind them. NE Mpls is the best neighborhood in Minneapolis, I loved finding out about the history!
