The campus was really nice and easy to navigate. We were not on an official tour, but we were fortunate enough to see the football stadium, which is incredible.

We've visited campus three times this year from SC. Each time we go we learn more about UM and can't help but like it. It feels like both a university and a city on its own. Very safe atmosphere and so much to do nearby.

This is a beautiful campus that appears to have plenty of history and beautiful areas of campus, and also seems very progressive. Terrific athletic facilities, really nice student union and bookstore. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Minneapolis!

If you ask me to tell the queen of the land of 11000+ lakes, I would name the great 'University of Minnesota'. No else description is required. Proud to be a golden gopher.

A lot of information in a little time, but very well presented. Food was excellent. Information was valuable. Appreciated the chance to ask individual questions of the various departments represented. Tours offered for parents were interesting. Would have liked more specific directions in the afternoon sessions such as where to go next, where to meet up with your student, how... More

Nice campus, close to many restaurants. Felt safe, didn't seem like it was in the middle of town. 17th Hall was very nice and clean!

A new light rail (tram) line is connecting the Campus with Minneapolis and Saint Paul. It is really easy to get there. I walked over Washington Bridge so I got a great view of campus and Weisman Art Museum from there. The Minneapolis Campus is really cool.

(Full disclosure: I got two degrees at the U of M and have looked back on that experience as one of the highlights in my life. But that was then and this is now.) My wife's daughters received their bachelor degrees on the same weekend - one on Friday, the other on Saturday. We brought the family, including their father,... More

Went for a conference and I was blown away by the beautiful surroundings of Minneapolis, the University. Students and faculty were smoking, helpful and it was a wonderful experience. The architecture of the buildings is incredible!
