I'm a bit bias as an alum, but... I took my wife here and she loved it. It truly is a beautiful campus (although she claimed Gonzaga was prettier). There is so much hidden history that you'll miss tons unless you take tour through the office of admissions. (Like the buildings shaped like molars, the building that is completely underground,... The minute my daughter stepped onto campus during a visit her senior year of high school, she felt like she belonged at the U. Two years later, she is thrilled with her choice. She wishes two of her professors were more approachable and less arrogant, but you're going to find that kind of professor in some fields; it's character building,... More

QUALITY in every respect. Beautiful archecture blends in the history of MN as well as spectacular new designed buildings. So many unique shops, eating places, museums so close by. The new Metro Tram stops aroubd the campus and you can ride to down town Minneapolis or St. Paul, or The Mall of America or Twins and new Vikings Stadium. Hotels... More

Beautiful campus full of unique and varied architecture. One of the largest universities in the United States, the University of Minnesota hosts museums, theaters, and is surrounded by dozens of food options. However, walking around campus in the winter is a task; the summer offers gorgeous routes along the river and many sights to see.

This was a nice campus. I've been to a lot for my job and this was very nice and easy to navigate. The railway stops right at campus so makes it easy to get to if you don't have a car.

Two of my children and a son-in-law have degrees from MN, and experiences in learning and social involvement there that were top shelf steps into their careers. I could not have asked for a better place for them to shine.

I attended an international conference hosted at the University of Minnesota and was very impressed. The campus is huge, but easy to navigate. It was no problem to get to and from the airport via light rapid transit. The bookstore is wonderful.

This university has a very large campus & much to choose from. There are various halls with dorms for everyone. Or, houses on campus that are nearby to rent. Also a large variety of classes & professors will help you achieve your degree. Just a really good school to get your degree.

We held a meeting there and it worked out very well. The facilities and break room were very well laid out and convenient. The AV equipment worked well.

I went to college here back in the early 80's, had a great time and truly an eye opening experience for a young man from farm country. I learned the art and fun of people watching. (Psych major, you knew that was coming). I wrestled for the Gophers for one year and then became involved with the Football team Joe... More
