I've been going to the Riverview, off and on, for decades. It's one of the nicest theaters in the Twin Cities. There's a 1950s art deco design scheme with blonde wood that's really attractive. The seats, no matter where you sit, are extremely comfortable and the screen is just the right size. Tickets are reasonable prices for second-run features, and... More

This gem of a movie theater is in the Longfellow neighborhood. A throwback from the 40's, it is an amazing experience. The theater lobby has the feel and decor of the 40's, but the theater seating is all current and comfy. They show movies that have already made the rounds at the big theaters. And in the summertime they have... More

$2 afternoon shows and $3 evening plus $2 popcorn! Cant go wrong. Great way to see a movie if you're looking for an air conditioned (or heated ) break.

This Art Deco theater has retained the character of its mid-60's decor. And the prices are wonderfully low while the pop corn, also bargained priced, is high quality. Watching a second run feature is a treat in this gorgeous theater. Not to be missed.

I love coming here to see movies that have just made it out of the big theaters without the big prices. The place is beautiful. The concessions are reasonably priced. Sit in the lower seats if you want an armrest that goes up between the seats. I come here very often.

Cute little retro theater with cheap prices and fresh popcorn. Great place for a date night. Check out the wine bar across the street and then catch a movie.

We love this theater! It is such a great place to come and enjoy a movie with the community. It's literally big enough to hold the whole neighborhood! Great popcorn with REAL BUTTER, and great prices!
