This is a must-see if you are in the area. A lot of fun art to check out (mainly from the Greeks and Africans), and it is free to get in so is definitely worth stopping by.

This museum was a great find. We had a few hours to kill before our flight and found this museum. It is FREE and has amazing art, such as Monet and Picaso. Would have loved to have spent more time here as they have a diverse collection of art from the 1600's to Modern.

This was a second visit for me to this museum. I of course loved seeing the "veiled lady" made from marble again. However the most fascinating exhibit for me was the "look of Love" exhibit. It has a free download to my Ipad( or you could check out one there) to describe the pieces and in detail with pictures of... More

World class museum (and we've been to many). Surprising and unusually large display of Asian art. We rented very helpful audio guides. Usually last in a museum no longer than 2 hours, but spent 4 hours here broken up by lunch in their excellent lunch cafe.

I think this place is really good. just a brief description of the Museum; there are 3 levels of exibits. The first level is the gift shop and a cafe, the second is Oriental art (featuring Japanese, Korean and Chinese exhibits), the 3rd level is western pieces featuring oil paintings and sculptures. Went with a friend and we spend about... More

Excellent museum. Excellent to introduce your teens or children to the love for museum. They go with the promise that we will leave when they want but they stay. Good for parents and for teens. No fee to enter. Great idea not to charge. Thanks to the ones that support the museum.
