All I can say is we left at intermission! Terrible play! Absolutely no dialogue in the play. It was so boring that I could hardly stay awake. I love plays but this was the worst one I have ever attended!

Nice quite place to have a romantic dinner with the wife. Food is outstanding and service was excellent . They do not have a lengthy menu but what they have is a nice variety and a good to great wine list

A high energy musical. Very fun to experience. I watched the matinee with 9 of my retired women friends. Lunch at Maynard or at many of the great eating spots in Excelsior,Mn. The Old log serves good food too. I highly recommend a visit to the theater and my favorite town of Excelsior.

Nice quaint theatre on the shores of Lake Minnetonka. Saw the Wedding Singer. Show was well done and would go back again. Real old world charm and great acoustics.

First time doing a show at the Old Log and second time having dinner at Cast and Cru. We started the evening with dinner at Cast and Cru, which was great! There were six of us and we had some great cocktails, a couple rounds of appetizers and then we shared some main courses with a bottle of wine. The... More

It's a great theatre that lies in a neighborhood and surrounded with huge trees, the inside has been updated and the connecting restaurant. The theatre it's self has new, lighting and sound system, but the chairs are old world charm and still comfortable . We enjoy the cozy feeling, a theatre not located down town.

This is a nice local theater that provides quality entertainment at a good value. The lobby area was recently renovated and is beautiful. The interior seating is still the same as it was when I attended 15 years ago with my kids for a production of Charlotte's Web. More people need to take advantage of this affordable theater experience -... More
