I've only been to two plays here so far and have thoroughly enjoyed them both. This little theater is cozy and not a bad seat in the house. I enjoyed a cocktail/glass of wine before and/or during intermission. Have not had the pleasure of trying their dinners, but plan to do so in the future. Looking forward to their renovation... More

We went for a play there and it had a quaint theater vibe. The theater is located on the banks of Lake Minnetonka. I have also attended children's theater in there. All their plays are of very high quality. They now have a restaurant attached but we chose to eat elsewhere in town because there was almost nothing there for... More

I was at the opening night for Cowgirls. The sound system was excellent, and seats were comfortable. I sat in the back half, and found that I was sitting behind a very tall person, but there were enough empty seats to move back a row or two. The play did start late, which was a minor annoyance, but overall, I... More

See the play, and skip the lunch/dinner. The meal is a very poor value. For $22 set lunch price, the portions are minuscule. While tasty, the portions are very small. There is no bread, but hush puppies instead, served cold and greasy. We were told we could not get more hush puppies because they had run out! Why not a... More

We only go to the Old Log Theater once every couple of years but in 40 years of attending shows there we have not had a bad experience. I only wish it were closer to our home

Stadium seating and first run movies at $5. before 5:30. Good looking concessions, clean, good sound, better than many we have paid twice as much to attend.

We've been enjoying plays at the Old Log Theater for a couple of decades. We love the venue - comfy seating with lots of leg room - and very laid back. You have the choice of coming for dinner or showing up for a glass of wine before the production begins. You'll feel welcome there in jeans or evening wear.... More
