Educational visit

Opportunity to see wolves up close. Presentations and museum exhibits were very interesting. On edge of town in Ely.

Great place to see wolves up front and personal. We were there for a night feeding. I don't think the wolves were overly hungry but worth seeing them interact and up close.

The exhibit is quite beautiful and the staff is knowledgable. Plan to spend some time to take everything in. The area is also quite beautiful and peaceful.

Our family visited the center last summer. We wished we would have gone during a feeding time. Call ahead and find out the schedule. Make a trip to the Bear Center while there too!

The Wolf Center is worth a stop. It's not large, you can cover it in an hour or two. The center has several wolves and a knowledgeable staff.

This is an education centre with 4 professors and a cadre of keen knowledgeable support staff. Research in the area complements the centre.. With patience and time wolf sittings very possible. Easy to fill the camera frame withhead shots...yes that close. Large glass windows allow that. Just go.

I have been here numerous times. The wolves are fantastic and so are the folks who work here. There is a wonderful and very informative exhebit. If you visit during the summer, come earlier in the morning or late evening. The wolves sleep during the day. If you come during the rest of the year, pick a day with fresh... More
