The Vista Fleet tour is fun, especially on a date or with a group. I attended an evening dinner cruise with a large business group. Even though it was somewhat windy, the boat was very even. We crused up the shore along the city margin, and then down through the Harbor area. As we passed by various sights and landmarks, Derek the cruise guide told us about what we were seeing. He was entertaining, informative, and very funny--made the cruise a wonderful experience! Whatever they are paying this young man, it is not enough.

On a girls weekend Aug 25-26 we decided it would be fun to take a cruise around the sights. I would say that for the $20, it was worth it. Kids would enjoy it. I honestly got a little bored. I prefer excursions where you can see and learn about wildlife, not taconite.
