My wife and I went on the dinner/sunset cruise they offered. Having been to Duluth before, it was nice to see it from the water. Getting out onto the harbor and Lake Superior was great! The boat was pretty comfortable with many seating options, both inside and out. The script the tour guide reads while we travel around was probably excellent and full of interesting information, but it was our misfortune to have someone "reading" it who couldn't really read. We went on a sightseeing cruise and were very pleased! Wonderful staff! It was like the History Channel live! This is a nice way to spend some time in Duluth. Excellent source if information about Cargo and freighters in Duluth. Seems that the tour operators have gone to great lengths to ensure the boat is comfortable and supplied with reasonably priced snacks. The boat seams well-staffed with a professional crew. No dog this trip. If you like the lake and being on it, this is the trip for you. 2 hours with two trips under the famous Lift Bridge. You learn a lot about shipping, boats, and the lake. This Tour was most enjoyable. The staff was great with kids and even more importantly they were good with a special needs kid. The pricing was great and very affordable for a family of 4. More

The Vista Fleet tours are a good way to see the sights of Duluth and learn a bit about it's nautical history in a 2 hour stint.
