I went to Bentleyville last night. It was spectacular. It took us an hour to walk around the light show. There was a lot to see. Thank you to the many volunteers. You made it very special. Wear old boots or shoes if you go there this week it was very muddy. It is nice not to have snow and... More

This was our first visit to this beautiful attraction and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. There is no cost to see the display. They do ask visitors to bring one unwrapped toy or non-perishable food item that can be dropped in donation boxes after entering the park. Plenty of parking is available at a reasonable cost of $5.00. Free... More

Since it was just named the Best lights display of the Midwest, my wife and I made the two hour trip to Duluth's Bayfront Festival Park to check it out. We arrived slightly before 5pm (when the lights get turned on) and made our way to the entrance to see it illuminate in thousands of glowing LED's. A bonfire greets... More

This is one of the best outdoor venues I've been too- BEAUTIFUL stage with great views from almost anywhere in the park and on a hot day- the breeze off the lake and the view of the lift bridge (and the occasional passing boat) just can't be beat. A very picturesque spot to enjoy a music festival. It's an easy... More

Viewing entertainment on the stage from the grassy hill is awesome. There is a fence around and you cannot bring in animals and coolers with liquor. This has made it much safer for the audience. I have worked the 4th Fest and dealing with people that have had too much "beverage' is not fun. Fireworks viewing draws probably 10,000 people... More

Compared to most music festivals, the prices of the food are super high (nine bucks for onion rings, 10 for a tiny bowl of jambalaya or crawfish etoufee), the beer is the warmest I`ve ever seen in any environment (disgraceful), only one canned variety (Sharp?), the rest was draft and there are way too many donkey`s smoking cigars and cigarettes.... I stumbled upon Bayfront Festival park when walking along the lakewalk, the park is at the end of the walk. It's a small but nice park with lots of grass and trees. There was a large Asian temple looking building where it looks like they have programs inside.
