I just attended a wedding reception there. The view over the lake was breath taking. The hall was well maintained the food was good. Service was great! I would highly recommend wedding receptions there.

Attended the Boat sports and travel show and whitetail classic. It was a very well run event. no complaints at all.

Went to a live show taping of A Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor. Don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Easy to find if one has entered from the East doors...just follow the yellow line on the floor!! Love the exhibits during Grandma's Marathon. Lots of parking available for a fee.

We were in town for a figure skating competition. That was the cleanest locker room we've every been in! However, the complex itself is a maze of additions and more additions, and the walkways and entrances not well marked, so don't assume you can find your way around if you're in a hurry.

We have been to the DECC for many events over the years from hockey games at the Amsoil, professional conferences, home shows, and concerts for artist from Toby Keith to Wilco. It is always well run, good food for events and plenty of parking. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants and hotels for conference goers to stay. Highly recommended.
