We recently enjoyed a college exhibition hockey game between the local University of Minnesota - Duluth Bulldogs and the USA Under-18 team. The general admission tickets were a good value for our group and we were at one end of the rink in the lower level - no seat backs, but the bench was comfortable. Great, friendly fans and a... The real attraction here is the still relatively new AMS Oil Arena, very nice. Tickets can be hard to get for Men's Bulldog hockey... Depending on opponent. Convention facilities run from dark and not terribly welcoming... To the real jewel - the Harborside Ballroom.

Lots of event spaces available. Had visited many times, in July had the opportunity to visit Duluth again, strolled over from the Holiday Inn and was reminded of the easy access for events.

The staff at the DECC doing a wonderful job with our Convention. We have over 600 attendees and they love the facility.

I go to a conference at the DECC at least 2 times a year. The main entrance and rooms are well maintained, but every year I am shocked at the horrible conditions of the restrooms near the exhibitor halls. Every time there is "wetness" on the floor of the women's bathroom (since it is all wet by the toilets and... More

It is fairly easy to access the DECC, both parking and getting inside. I've been to several UMD graduation ceremonies here and it works well.

We had a pasta lunch served, and it was very good. The facility is clean and well kept. Meeting rooms were comfortable and easy to hear speakers.

The parking is great. Well organized with flagmen and women guiding you to your stall. The walk to th theater is a little long but not over taxing. The interior of the facility is first rate and the seating is comfortable. Not a bad seat in the house. Would go back to this facility in a heartbeat.

Saw George Carlin there several years ago. Sound system great, seating comfortable. Also saw dance company featuring Swan Lake. For an area this far north, lots of opportunities to see/hear high quality entertainment.
