I like to go out here in the summer and walk along the beach a little bit. It's easy to find a secluded spot to sit and enjoy the sun and water. I like the peace and quiet to study or to read.

Beautiful park and easy hiking trail with lovely views of the lake and harbor. We saw lots of eagles and had plenty of space to be still and contemplate the lovely lake effect.

Great sandy beach, can take L O N G walks and enjoy the view of Duluth and, occasionally if it's warm enough, a swim.

a wonderful sandy beach with driftwood and long beach grass. Very east coast feeling. Perfect place to throw a blanket and enjoy the sun for a few hours and if you're brave a quick dip in Superior.

This is a great view of Lake Superior. The water is always seeming to be quite chilly but that doesn't stop most. Very nice sand beach and usually is clean. The only bad part I would say is there are a lot of debris on certain parts of the beach so get there early to get a good spot.

We stayed at a cottage via VRBO on Park Point. The beach is absolutely beautiful and a great place to explore and relax. Swimming the most possible in October as the water is the warmest.

It feels like you are at the ocean. We have been to this beach several times and even on the hot days there aren't too many people. The beach is very clean. The water is crystal clear. Though it is very cold since Superior is the largest and deepest of the Great Lakes, we waded in anyway. Don't go very... More

Lived on Park Point while raising my sons and it was a lovely place to bring the children. Lots of opportunity to play in the sand and climb on the old ore boat and pier reconstructions. Now it is a great place to take grandkids.

If you cross Canal Park's Aerial Lift Bridge you might as well drive east along Minnesota Avenue to Park Point. No fees are charged. This a great place to picnic. Take note of the dunes partially hidden by the houses.
