Son has to always have the bbq rib bites from Super One store deli when we get into town..it overlooks part of Leif Erickson park so we always end up there while the carnivore gets his fix. Always a delight...overlooking the lake, often a wedding in some stage of petrification taking place....not to be missed...oh right...and the flowers are beautiful...happy... More

We didn't think the garden was very interesting. A nice view of the lake and railroad, but not much to look at.

The rose and other flower gardens are beautiful. Great views of Lake Superior with access to the lake and Lakewalk Trail too. I was disappointed that Lief Erickson's boat was not in the park.

This is an easy park to visit and get a great view of the lake and the Aerial Lift Bridge. We spent an hour walking around the grounds and thoroughly enjoyed this nice park right on the lake front.

Part of our Segway tour we found it absolutely gorgeous-filled with blooming Peonies and Roses beyond description! What a delight on a perfectly relaxing day. Thanks Duluth, for keeping such a beauty up for all to share in!

The variety of exquisite rose and other flora arrangements was spectacular! The rose garden overlooks Lake Superior. The views were gorgeous. Not overly crowded and free to browse through the park. Ample parking was available and we didn't see any homeless people sleeping on the park benches. Very comfortable and safe environment.

One of the most beautiful little parks I've ever been to. So picturesque, so well cared for. I always see something new each time I go. Well worth a stop.

It was smaller than we expected and as there were very few blooms it was disappointing. I can imagine in summer it is lovely, but in spring it isn't much.

I love going to the Rose Garden. It is also an entrance to the Lakewalk and the closest entrance to the castle stage. Flowers are all marked with a label of what they are. The Roses are donated at the end of the year to local nursing home residents. Some people go and do Yoga on Friday mornings in the... More
