Alpine Slide is the best!

The alpine slide is one of the best I have ever done! It has breathtaking views of Lake Superior and is a really long ride! A must do while in Duluth.

We decided to skip the MN State Fair and ended up at Spirit Mountain on our roadtrip back to MI. We stayed the night camping once before but the rides were closed due to weather. So on our second way through somehow my girlfriend got me to ride the coaster. I'm 30 and I screamed like a little girl. It... More

The lines were too long for the zip line and the coastal ride, so we went on the scenic lift ride. It was beautiful going down to see Duluth, but boring coming back up. But it is just a ski lift. We paid $9.50 per person.

We road the alpine coasters several times and had a blast. My husband and I figured out we went much faster riding together! Definitely ride "full go" and no brakes until you hit your slow flags! Would definitely do again..and again. .and again! Get the bracelet. We also did the gondola and zip line

WE went for the afternoon and loved the timber twister. IT costs $9 per ride so it is not cheap but the ride last about 8 minutes and then it takes you slowly back up the mountain. Everyone should do it once!

Took the kids for the first time and went on the coaster. We all had a blast and we will go back again.

Alpine Slide was great. We did it 3 times. Miniature golf, not worth it. Zip line not worth it. Could buy an all day band and ride the Alpine Slide all day.

Stayed in the Spirit Mountain resort motel in September before the snow so skiiing was not available, but the trees were beautiful in Duluth and the motel was less expensive during the week and off season than any other time. Breakfast of waffles and fruit was good.

We took a couple of trips on the Alpine Coaster, a great ride, sharp turns with a view out over the mountain to the lake.. Our daughter loved it back when she was 7 and now at 10. One warning; as each rider controls their own speed, several slow riders can REALLY increase the time you spend in line.
