this is the place to go for the best view of Duluth harbor and the lake. make sure to read the signs to get up there. everyone should make the trip up to the tower at least once.

We have been here a couple times and no matter the time of year it is beautiful scenery. The park below the tower is also beautiful. The kids had a good time for it being a "scenery" stop.

It's a nice hilltop park with an iconic tower you can climb up. It has great views of the whole area whether you make the climb, or just hike out to one of the rock ledges. Beautiful shade gardens in spring & summer.

Absolutely stunning. I proposed to my fiance on the bench on the side of the hill. It looks over the whole city and was beautiful.

Lots of areas to bbq or picnic. Climb up the tower and take a view of Duluth. Nice little area. One of the must sees of Duluth

We go almost every time we are in the area. Our kids love to play hide and seek and climb the tower. We love to sit on a bench and people watch.

Duluth has many things on my must-do list, and this is surely another important one. For arguably the best view of Duluth, you simply must stop at Enger Tower. Built in the 1930's, this stone tower has a winding stair going up to the top and once there you won't be disappointed in the 360-degree view. It's just been fully... More

It was hard to find. Would have liked a few more road signs instructing how to get to the tower. The view from the tower is amazing.

The renovations have really improved the Enger Park area. Not sure how the new pavilion will be seen on the hillside. Maybe in time it will blend in and be fine. The trails are great. The views are remarkable.
