What a fantastic array of shops and eateries! Something for everyone, all budgets and all ages. We loved the "chocolate" store, as the kids called it, and all the shops in the Dewitt Seitz building. We have been here in every season and always have a great time.

Our whole family loves Canal Park. We all have our favorite places to visit. There has been turn a rounds, so some of our favorites (Monkey Business for one) is not there anymore. The employees are all nice and friendly. It has something for everyone!

Pleasant lake-shore walk. Souvenir, antique shops, etc. Museum on the end of the walk. Nice way to spend an afternoon.

Folks that work in Canal Park describe the summertime atmosphere as akin to that of Disney World. There is music playing, everyone is happy, and there is fun all around. Food fun, drink fun, lake fun, boat fun, and even more drink fun. At least stop down and take in some of the sights and have a meal and a... More

Canal Park is perfect for first time and long time visitors. The area is very clean and safe. The City and Police obviously keep the riff raff to the north on Superior street. We've been coming here for years and never, ever had any issues. Parking can be tight in high season, but off season it is wonderful. There is... More

Beautiful walk along the lake, nice wooden trail to follow. Can be brisk by the water. Nice restaurants nearby as well as tourist spots for souveniers.
