Not sure if links are acceptable but I have 3 short videos of Depot Town here: http://www.veteranstoday.com/2015/08/17/368810/ There are half a dozen restaurants of reasonable repute, Cafe Ollie, Sidetracks, Maiz and Aubree. The small Automotive Heritage Museum has outstanding cars. This is a quiet and attractive historical district with easy parking. This is not an all day visit, lunch, a... More

We go to Depot Town for dinner about once a month and always enjoy the area. It is a small, historic area of Ypsilanti near the river. The restaurants are in the old historic buildings, two of our favorites are Aubree's and The Sidetrack. The trains run right through the edge of Depot Town so don't be surprised if you're... More

Ate dinner at Aubree's and it couldn't have been better. The staff is excellent and the food was superb!

Hidden away from the big lights of Ann Arbor, great food and historic homes to see. Parish House Inn was just a quaint find that was not expected. I will return to see Chris and the staff when in town, even to say hello if not staying. Very hospitable and informative on things to do in the area.

The Side Track Grill - awesome food, wine & service. A great area to walk around - several museums to see after or before dinner or lunch. Great for brunch as well!

Plenty of parking. Great resturants. Cute shops. Farmers market and nice park. Great place to walk the dog and eat on a patio outside of sidetrack or aubrees. Or just visit maiz and then grab some ice cream and walk down to the river side park. :)

It is a wonderful walk in a park like environment with history in every store. Good food along the way, with antiques and other unusual stores.

We came here to take our family photos about a year ago, and at the moment I never thought I'd be back, well I am and I love it even more in the winter, so festive and fun! Happy Holidays!

Several great places to eat. Between the two of us we've tried Maiz (excellent Mexican food), Cafe Ollie (a coffee shop that serves beer!) and the venerable Sidetrack. Have to try Aubry's next. My husband was lured to Ypsilanti by D Town's Hudson Museum, in an old Hudson dealership. We enjoyed it, too. There are several small shops: a florist,... More
