The view of the bay and vineyard is beautiful off the large back deck but the tasting fee is more than any other winery. $5 for 4 wines. Most places are $3 for 5 wines. Definitely visit if you like the view but I recommended drinking elsewhere first.

Stunning views of East Bay from the deck. The deck is situated in back of the building, literally in the vineyard. You can order wine by the glass and some snacks. It is probably one of the best experiences and ambiance you will have out on the mission peninsula. As for the wine, it was OK. The total package world... More

We stopped by Brys because of the reviews that we have read. We ended up skipping the wine tasting because we were planning to have a glass of wine and split a cheese platter up on the amazing outdoor patio. Which was very nice. I would suggest if the guest is going to enjoy a glass of wine and cheese... More

Great view of east traverse bay from the upper deck. Deck literally over the vineyards just beautiful! Me and my husband enjoyed the pitcher of sangria for $17. They also offered a small snack menu

This was our first time here. Wine was good and not expensive for the tasting. Ashleigh was very helpful and knowledgable about all their wines and also with tips on restaurants in the area. Their rieslings are very nice.

There are many wineries and vineyards on the Old Mission Peninsula and not only is Brys Estate one of them, it is the best of them. All of the wineries you will visit have great late Rieslings and Gewürztraminers, but you'd be so remiss if you visited Brys Estate without tasting their ice wine. It is pressed in the field... My husband and I went here during our two-year anniversary trip. This was our first experience at a winery for a tasting and it was wonderful. Erin was our server and she was very helpful since we admitted we were not experienced tasters. The winery is beautiful. My husband and I each tasted 4 wines and then went out on... More

Wonderful wines and cheese. Love this place. Very elegant tasting room. We ordered a cheese platter and sat in the upper level to enjoy it. We were amazed to find ourselves above the vines. Enjoyed watching the pruner go through the vines. We ended with a game of Bocce Ball. Wonderful afternoon!

Not having been at wineries before, I wasn't sure what to expect...We had four or five nice tasting stations inside a beautiful building and at least got to see some of the equipment, and the folks were courteous, but it felt like it was a pretty shallow experience...the wine was average, their was little to no explanation of the "how"... Thank you for visiting, and for your review! On Saturdays during the summer we offer our "Progressive Tasting" format - where guests can walk through our barrel room, cellar and productions areas. This area is usually closed off to visitors, so guests can get an inside look at our operation. Along the way guests stop at 4 different tasting stations... More
